CK had done some work previously but it only was a temporary fix. I held off on the replacement because I couldn't afford it. When it was finally repaired, CK did it for free. They are absolutely great and I have been with them for over 50 years. They always provide a fair deal and excellent service.

Lorraine Kanter: Peter was very thorough and friendly/professional. While doing my annual boiler tune-up, he discovered that I needed a new oil pump as there was a leak inside the burner after troubleshooting cause. He changed it out, as part of his visit, along with usual tune-up parts. Unfortunately, there was also a problem with the fuel supply line (cracks in it) that were not known at the time. The following business day, Ed came out, and after additional troubleshooting, swapped out the supply line part and also changed out the nozzle and oil pump again. No more leaks! Friendly techs! As this was my first tune-up service as a new customer, it was even nicer as my service plan was free, and all parts and labor covered at no cost to me!

flecour1016: Doug was our technician for our yearly furnace maintenance today and he was *wonderful*. Super-friendly, super-efficient, professional, and very pleasant to deal with. We've always had great service from all the CK Smith technicians, but Doug stood out today. He recommended replacing a part that wasn't covered by our service contract (the name of which I can't recall) but it's an integral part of having our furnace run efficiently and it was showing signs of wear and tear after 21 years. We truly appreciate his pro-activeness in doing so, and also greatly appreciate only having to pay for the part (a nominal cost), and not the labor to install it. A middle-of-the-night call to do so would cost much more as he advised, so it was wise to replace it now.We're going to request Doug as our technician for the yearly maintenance from now on. Give the man a raise! ... just sayin' ;-)Cheers and happy holly-days!

Kaitlyn Lijoi: Awful awful company. Delivered to me even when I put them on a hold and it was the end of the summer and had been 80 degrees out- then said there was no hold noted. Then delivered to me again after I ended the hold but delivered when my tank was over 1/2 full- only gave me 40 gallons and it was still only the end of October! When I called to complain they said they’d space out deliveries, then I get another random call from some woman asking me all about it again and saying she was from the oil delivery department or whatever- I got fed up and asked what the purpose of her call was because I thought it was already obvious I should just have more spaced out deliveries- not rocket science- and she hung up on me… it’s not a privilege to be in business with your company so stop acting like it is!

music is life: worst company ever. tried them for the first time 3 weeks ago. they never delivered my oil claim they did and charged my card. I had to order from another oil company. cost me close to 600 extra dollars now I am out money and 2 weeks go by and they finally are saying well we can come by and check if its empty and if it is we will deliver the oil. I was out of hot water for over a week and I have kids so I had no choice. they wont even look at my oil bill from the other oil company. alls I can say is never again.

jay hassett: After being a customer for 12 years, and having a direct billing thru my credit card I've notice on my last bill I was charged .75cents more per gal then the area's average. Upon checking my previous Bill's the same. This is outrageous. Not to mention in 1 month they delivered 325 gallons in a 250 gallon tank ? I'm done.

Everyone over the phone was so nice to explain things to me. They are prompt and professional. I recently had some issues come up with my furnace, but Ronnie came out and did a fantastic job. In and out in under an hour and has my system running like new, even taking the time to explain the system to me! The best part... I am saving tons of money! Sign a service contract and see for yourself... I got a 40 cent per gallon discount off my first fill, 25 cents/gal off the rest of my fills for this year, and saved over 250 dollars with my most recent service given the benefits of my service contract. Especially if you just bought a home and have an older system, it would be foolish not to sign the contract given all the headache it can save you.This is a company that is very fair to do business with and they have earned a loyal customer in me!

Carol West: We, my husband, son, his fiancé , my 3 year old granddaughter, and my two labs,were traveling home to Jersey from Maine and our van started to make a very loud sound. We got nervous and stopped in a gas station but they could not help us. They sent us to Goodyear in Worcester Mass. Goodyear was not able to help us but they recommended the Ecco gas statioN on Grafton Street. He told us to ask for Mike or Sam. When we pulled into the gas station it was jammed with cars being worked on. But that made no difference to Sam. He came out and looked at her van and immediately assessed the problem. He took his time away from all the other cars to assist us. He then went out of their way to order the part and have one of his people go and get it. Within an hour we were back on the road. The kind Goodyear person who recommended Sam was spot on. What a wonderful person Sam was in helping us. We were certain that we would be spending days in the area and we were not sure how to do this with the dogs and my family all having to get back to work. I’ll never forget Sam giving us the thumbs up that he had fixed it! My heart just flows with gratitude. For those of you who live in Worcester, check this gas station out. It’s the only place I would ever go to if I lived in the area. Except that I might get my tires from Goodyear! Thank you so much to the Ecco gas station and to our hero, Sam.

Janina Ramos: One of the worst experiences I've ever had. I called ahead and asked if they would be able to replace a starter in my Honda Civic and of course they said yes. I bought the part and brought it down with my car. About 5 hours later they called and told me that I was all set so I picked it up and drove my car home. The next morning I got ready for work and when trying to start my vehicle it wouldn't do a thing, nothing!! I called EcoFuel and they proceeded to tell me that it was the wrong part and that they put it in anyway. They told me that it was my fault that I should figure it out, and they're suppose to be the professionals. Needless to say I got my car towed there in hopes that they would be able to fix it but they wanted me to bu yanother starter, same part mind you, so they could replace it again because they got all the wires crossed. They neither fixed my starter, refunded my money for labor and starter that was purchased and my car is now in my driveway with no starter. Beware!!! Went down to the Courthouse and filled papers for my money back.
