Joe O'C: I checked an 08 pilot out and tpms light was on and I was told that and some other things would be fixed and that the car would have no problems so I went in a few days later paid and was driving home and I noticed it still needed and alignment and tpms light so I called and was told to call back Monday and I did and was told that because they thought the tpms light was because of low tire pressure that’s why they said it would be gone but because it was a sensor they will not do anything. These guys are snakes and now I have about $600 of repair to do myself. Don’t go through these scumbags they are typical sales people who will lie to get you to sign the title then leave you high and dry. I’m disappointed because I had a friend looking at a car there they really liked and they lost that sale

Shane Wales: Was at the place for 5 hours between 2 days left at 6 pm the second night. Liked one car so put $200 down to hold it. That night the bank told me they wouldn't finance it cause they were asking too much. Called right when they opened up the next morning to let them know and Asked about a couple other cars and no reply. So I called again and they said I couldn't have my $200 back. The car didn't even say "sold" on their website. the worst service, and the worst people too, like I said I was there for a while, shouldn't have been there that long, and the way they talk about people who just bought cars, or even the owner. I'm happy I got 9ut and only lost $200 in the matter but recommend people look absolutely anywhere before here.

0.69 KD OPS: We found 2 cars that we wanted to compare and test drive. The first car is located at InterAuto and the other was at another dealership in Westwood. The Westwood dealership was very welcoming and within a couple of minutes we were on the road on our test drive. At InterAuto we had to go find someone to come help us and within minutes, we drove away as fast as possible. We wanted to test drive a car and the employee we found, gave us all sorts of reasons why we wouldn't be able to at that moment. The employee did everything possible to actually lose a potential customer. Great job.

The trade-in was seamlessly handled when I returned the next morning to bring the title into the dealer and while I was there, my new car was inspected and the front license plate bracket was installed. I gave them a call and it was very quick and easy to set up a test drive for the cars I was interested in. The cars were clean and in great working condition and the staff was very professional. It is clear that they care about the quality of their cars and the customer service. It’s been a while since I got a new car and the staff was able to walk me through the whole buying process and even assist me with the registration. I ended up choosing the 2009 Toyota Corolla. I’ve had this car for over two weeks now and I am very happy with my choice and the condition of my car. I would definitely come back here for my next car and I highly recommend this dealership! The staff is knowledgeable, the prices are very fair and they keep their cars serviced and in good condition.

Peter Gonzalez: Horrible service, prolonged mechanic work for no reason, sold me a car that legally wasn’t going to pass inspection and they knew it, had a bad cat, tire pressure sensors, I brought it to them, took them 5 days to weld a small car when any other welder/mechanic can do it in less than an hour, and they didn’t even fix the issue with the tire pressure sensors, my back tires are still leaking so I’m sure it’s not even the sensors, I just have leaky tires and they didn’t do anything to fix them, so I couldn’t get it inspected initially because the check engine light from the bad cat, then when they fixed the cat, they caused an exhaust leak that wasn’t there originally , so it failed inspection, then I went to inspect it after I myself paid out of pocket to fix the exhaust leak and forgot to mention the headlights I paid $500 for because the ones they sold me the car with were full of condensation, so that’s another reason it failed, another place didn’t even finish the inspection due to safety because of the back doors not having interior door handles because it’s a decommissioned cop car, but they didn’t even take the time to check out ANYTHING that was wrong with the car but were on top of selling it to me. Worst car buying it experience I’ve had to date, would never go back. Also failed to mention that I didn’t bring it back for a second time to fix the leak they caused because they’re 40 minutes away from me and I already had to miss days of work from bringing them the car originally and picking it up because they couldn’t even stick to their word of having it ready by 10am the day I was supposed to get it. I’ve spent a good $700 of my own money on top of all the tolls I had to go through repeatedly to bring the car and pick it up.

And they're used cars, so of course there will be problems. That's just the way it is, right?Not this time.On my way home from buying a Nissan Juke at MetroWest Auto Sales, I hit stop-and-go traffic, and the car stalled. Repeatedly. It had to be put in park in order to restart, so it was scary, being at risk of getting rear-ended. This wasn't the sort of problem that would have caused the car to fail inspection, but it was dangerous, and it needed to be fixed. I figured it was my car now, and my problem.But MetroWest actually sent someone to my house, over an hour away, to pick up the car. They tried SO HARD to fix the problem. Two mechanics failed, so they took it to $$$ Nissan. I cannot imagine how much money they spent trying to diagnose and fix that darn car. I know they lost money. Lots of money.When Nissan couldn't fix it, they offered me a choice - a full refund (including registration/title fees), or I could put the purchase price toward another car.I wanted a small AWD/4WD vehicle, so I bought a sporty little Mazda CX 3. MetroWest took care of registration and all fees, even insisted on refunding the Pay-by-plate fees incurred during test drives.The Mazda had a minor issue with the windshield washer, and I simultaneously had a family emergency in Florida. So when I took the car back to get the washer fixed, they DROVE ME TO THE AIRPORT and stored the car until I got back.I cannot say enough about the fantastic people behind MetroWest Auto Sales. You can shop here with complete confidence. If the car has an existing problem, they will absolutely have your back.

I was driving back to Connecticut from New Hampshire after tending to a famiy emergency when my car started billowing steam, so it was by chance/necessity that I pulled into their lot. I don't know much about cars and had no other option. I was completely at their mercy. Andy showed me exactly what the problem was (freeze plug) and had me back on the road in two hours and only charged me half of what I was expecting.
