Now we have a worthless chevy equinox that we are still making payments on, despite the fact theres still 10K miles on the warranty. The service department was rude, condescending and dismissive. My wife tried to take care of this herself, and left in tears after the way she was treated. I was shocked. They finally offered to "help" us for an estimated 5K or more to swap out the motor. Do yourself a favor and go to an actual dealership that is obligated to honor your warranty. Very disappointing.I know that they will respond to this review and try to dismiss the facts with false information and pretend to take the high road, and I will not be able to publicly respond to their lies, but don't believe them. There are plenty of better dealerships in the area.

I call in again, and talk to the same guy and ask him for a picture and I get: “I know man, you gotta give me some time”. Another 4 days go buy and nothing. He let me try as many vehicles as I wanted when I found the one I really thought I wanted he could tell that I was hesitant and told me to go home and think about it that he would not sell the car he would give me some time to digest it and think about it. The next day was able to get my father to come with me to check out the vehicle and my father thought it was a nice vehicle but thought it needed new tires without hesitation they offered to put new tires on the vehicle for me. I ended up purchasing is Mazda 2016 from Mill Street Motors and I'm so happy it was easy as could be they took care of the registration they took care of faxing things over to the insurance company even when I decided to change insurance company last minute they got the car inspected for me and when I told them I had a couple of concerns but weren't huge the owner did tell me that if they became an issue way down the road that he would look into it and if he had to fix it would keep in mind that I had brought it up when I was looking at the vehicle. I really enjoyed the experience of purchasing my car with Mill Street Motors, they gave me a fair value on the Mazda in addition to trading in my 2001 Toyota. Another positive experience with Mill Street Motors was you could tell they were not trying to sell any vehicle to you just to make their Commission that yes they have a business to run and they need to make a profit but they're not trying to take you for every last dime that you have and really care that you feel safe in a vehicle that you are purchasing from them. This is a family operated dealership and I also really appreciated that you could see how much family meant to Mill Street Motors and I think that is really important because when buying a nice used car you want to make sure that you also feel safe in your nice used car and Ed and his wife Beth did that for me. He gave me a decent price, and even though the truck is very old and had lots of miles he still fixed any problems I found with the truck the first couple of weeks driving it. Tim Murphy: Bought a truck here october 2017, a 2012 3500hd owned by the owners mechanics uncle prior. Unfortunately, ed proko never fixed anything on the vehicle. He "looked at it and fixed it" over the weekend when I told him there was a stuck e brake stuck calipers and 2 blown shocks, (left front was broken) I told him about the shocks breaking and all he did in a whiny yelling voice was say what do u want from me? 100 bucks? I sent him lemon Law demand letters and all he did as response is yell and have his angry wife yell at me as well calling me insulting, etc. I spent 18500 on this truck, it keeps breaking the left front shock, every since day 1, 8 shocks later, I'm stuck with a defective truck that he used as a plow vehicle and it got in an unreported accident then he dumped it onto me. I have a facebook picture showing the truck the previous spring being sold with a plow. I've put over 8000 dollars into the truck since purchase, and only have been able to put put less than 9000 miles on it since purchase. Dirtbags come in all shapes and sizes, this guys heart isnt In it anymore. Get out of the industry, you know what you did. I'm sure they will post some sort of response to this, take your money elsewhere. Your a guilty loser eddie. Tim.

You could say, 'love at first site'. The 'chemistry' was strong enough to pull me in! I was comfortable from the second I thought, what am I doing? I was in no way looking for a new ( or should I say a different) vehicle. After all, I had just purchased a vehicle 8 months prior that did more for me than I could want or need. In the end, I was in no way sold another vehicle! It was I that purchased! Ed & Beth have gone above and beyond. . I can't say enough about these two. As long as they're doing business, it'll be the only place I'LL shop for a car.

sam abraham: Probably the best used dealer in the state. Fair pricing, and really kind folks. They are willing to fix any problems your vehicle has after purchase. They have a great reputation and for good reason. I bought my first vehicle from them and when its time I'll return to get another.

Catherine Clark: This place does their best to get you into any car, but I’d have to be honest in saying that you’d be best having your car looked at by a mechanic elsewhere before purchasing. They do their best to Mickey Mouse all problems so that they’ll last until the warranty is up. However, a warranty was only useful for a few things here. Otherwise, I’d say take your purchased car elsewhere for repairs. Mill Street Motors will use old parts from cars that don’t even have the same sized piece, and they’ll never give you a receipt. They won’t care if the piece doesn’t belong because they’ll leave wires hanging to just incorrectly put pieces in place. So, in the log run, you’ll have more problems with what originally was only one. Oh and don’t worry about bringing it up to any worker, they refer you to his wife that’ll deliver it much more nicely that the parts they use are “test parts” and if it doesn’t work they’ll change it. But, they don’t write receipts so...

ned hawes: Bought my Son's first car from Andy. I had a great experience. He proactively changed out the brakes and also replaced a cover for the outside mirror without any prompting on my part. Other dealers I looked at prior, had the attitude if it's broke, then that's how we're selling it. Compared to other dealers his price was quite fare. The car itself was a turn in he got from a larger dealer; which I could see from carfax, and how he says he gets a lot of his cars. Based on my experience I would recommend him.

There was a few points things I’d like to note about my experience.First off when I found the vehicle and told Chris I wanted to purchase it but he wanted his mechanic to check it out first. When I asked him if he wanted me to put money down to hold the car he said no, we don’t do business like that, we’ll call you the minute the mechanic is done. Which he did. Called me the next day to say the car was ready.Secondly, since I checked out the car before his mechanic had run through it, I noticed it needed brakes and rotors on the front which needed to be replaced. When the mechanic checked it out and agreed and were changed without question. (And no increase in price)Lastly, for a couple weeks it was running great. Then it started making a grinding sound. I called Chris he said to bring it to the shop when I could and they’d take a look at it. A couple days later I drove it up to the shop thinking maybe it was the rear rotors and pads to be replaced. Chris called me about an hour later saying the entire rear differential had to be replaced. He ordered the $1500 part and had it expedited and replaced it without question. Probably a $2500-3000 job and he took care of the entire thing. I would highly recommend Chris Goodnow Auto Sales for purchasing a vehicle. He stands by his vehicle, has competitive prices that are actually posted on them and looks out for his customers. Thanks again Chris! BRENDA SULLIVAN: I purchased a 2012 vehicle from Chris in July of 2021. I have HAD ONLY PROBLEMS WITH THIS VEHICLE!! I purchased the vehicle for $10,000 - I have since put $2500 into it; it still is non fixed. If even thinking about purchasing a vehicle from Chris, have it checked over by a third party!! This whole experience has been a nightmare. I'm upside down with this car.

NLB Inc.: Recently made our families 5th purchase from Chris Goodnow auto sales .I needed a four wheel drive vehicle for the hills of Worcester. Chris had a Nissan Xterra on the lot he had just purchased. I test drove an liked it a lot. He gave me a very fair price and said it would be ready in a couple of days.
