Martha Akstin: What a character. Dan Myers is so helpful and knowledgeable. While the store might look chaotic, it's orderly chaos and Dan is willing to spend time and answer all your questions. If you need anything truck accessory-wise, stop in and speak to Dan. If he doesn't have it or can't order it, he'll refer you to someone who can help you out. And say hi and spend some time with Hendley - just make sure he doesn't sneak out the open door.

Jamie Chumsae: "WARNING READ THIS BEFORE GOING THERE" I was really disgusted with the customer service I received. I had purchased a bunch of parts and was unsure on a few fitting properly. It turned out that I needed to return 2 brand new, unopened fittings within a week of purchasing them. When I contacted the store I was rudely spoke to and told NO, I already restocked and he hung up. Mind you, these parts are very commonly used and would easily be purchased by another customer. I was extremely dissatisfied with the quality of customer care.

Leslie Chao: I had a terrible experience here, it was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Before I could even explain my problem the person that was “helping” me, his name was Jamie was already irritating and lashing out on me, which is no way to speak to a customer. I received the wrong paint and when I asked for a refund he went on a frenzy and tried to talk down on me which is no way to treat a customer. Jamie was a complete troglodyte who doesn’t know how to treat a customer or know his company’s policies. He should not be an assistant manager and I recommend not seeking him for assistant, however fortunately the manager Paul was nice enough to give me a refund without any questions the next day
Aaron Night: I’ve had a not so pleasant experience here I came in the store with my friend coming to buy something for my brother and when I asked for help from a worker that I believe is named Jamie he seemed very irritated and mad at us that we didn’t have the proper information to give him when asking for assistance so when we gave him the information provided he just seemed annoyed at us the whole time we were there seeking help for the item which seemed super unprofessional.

The cashier helped me find brake lights for my car, and I have no knowledge of how to change them. The guy was extremely nice and helped me change both of my brake lights.I wouldn't have been able to do it because I didn't have a socket wrench to unscrew the bolts.I'm very thankful for the cashier going above and beyond to help me with my car. I hope he gets a promotion or bonus or something. Workers like that are hard to come by.

nhan nguyen: Was having coolant issues with my subaru. one shop told me i needed headgaskets. brought to TCS to do a legit coolant leakdown pressure test. They saved me thousands because it was not the issue. These guys are top notch in service and in work. Seamus and his team talk you through all the details to give you better understanding. Jacob has great communication and keeps up to date on anything that happens with your car. Would do business again, highly recommend them!

Vahram Dolukhanyan: I brought my S2000 in with some front end suspension damage and TCS did a fantastic job in repairing it back to normal.
Arthur Serino: Despite it's name, TCS handles all sorts of requests relating to chassis, engine, and electrical. After having a Mazda CX-7 tuned, it’s gained 25 horsepowers and 40 torques on purely stock equipment. It’s also much quicker and handles better, because the computer was originally programmed to cut throttle and turbo boost in low gears and at high speeds. Originally, I thought the understeer in the system was due to poor programming of the AWD computer, causing it to favor the front axle. The system is mechanically very similar to my Mazdaspeed 6, which favors the rear axle, but it turns out that the ECU was programmed to cut throttle while steering, even if the rear wheels have grip, so instead of redistributing torque intelligently like a good AWD system should, it was simply reducing overall torque output, which created a feeling of understeer. Overriding these bonehead settings was a simple matter for TCS, since they knew how to handle it. Though power gain was minimal, the car is now more lively and easier to drive in all conditions. They also properly wired in a factory sensor for the washer fluid level (the indicator light is standard, but the sensor to make it functional was an option) and successfully installed a prototype power liftgate conversion kit from Autoease, which is now available to the public because of that. Overall great work at a fair price. If there’s one thing I respect in the world, it’s an honest businessman who excels at his work.

GPR Autosport: Seamus and his team at TCS provide amazing automotive and fabrication services. I bring my rotary racecar here exclusively for dyno tuning and any other setup or performance mods that I need. Seamus comes very highly recommended by Haltech, which is what I use for engine management, and his skills working with that ECU platform (and I'm sure many others) is unrivaled. He takes time to explain what, why, and how things will get done, so that I always understand what the plan is. The shop is clean, well appointed, and always busy. All of which are good signs of quality work. You won't be disappointed with whatever TCS does for your vehicle.

Mike Miller: Tailored Chassis Solutions (Seamus) performed the transformation that took my Miata from stock to an autocross racer. He performed an engine swap, clutch, diff change, seat install, tune/dyno and full car setup with alignment. The car performed flawlessly (not a single issue!) and was very very competitive all season. Multiple other drivers raved about how balanced and easy it was to drive at a fast pace. They weren't wrong, it made me look good! SAHARA AUTOMOTIVE: They have bad communication it will take for ever to do anything with them. I had an issue returning parts and they keep coming back with same issue time frame and ETA is not exist in this place as a shop owner we need things to be accurate and done fast because we have customers that we promise to get there jobs done. I hope they can overcome that confusion in their store because they do carry a nice collection of parts and they have a nice system.
