Tatiana Robles: Rented from them for about 4yrs and can I just say these people were the worst nothing was done right and by that I mean all they care about was the rent payment and they don't know how to properly fix anything they do nothing but bootleg fix things and with the personal expensive and memorable belongings they don't care or reimburse you on it when it gets taking also they are nothing but rude and disrespectful people and the prices that they put on the apartments are not nearly as close as it should be to just rent them everytime you mention court they go and hide would never rent from them again and would never refer anyone to rent from them

Todd Steward: I do not rent from northeast properties but i live across the street from one of there properties (old church not being used) i called them and asked if i can park my car's there in a winter storm.(parking lot is empty) 4 time's i called and 6 email's.not one person can call or email me back.i was thinking about moving to a bigger place but if this is how they deal with things i will not be calling them for a rental.keep in mind i offered to pay for parking

Kristina: Been dealing with a payment they sent to collections for over 2 years when I moved out that they said they would handle. They left me without heat and a stove for over a month which I refused to pay rent since I was coming out of pocket ordering out and hotels, they not only fail to do anything until I called the health inspector but they legitimately charged me after they said they wouldn’t. Also the heating system had no ventilation that was originally shut off and red ticketed and me and my 2 year old at the time were inhaling gas fumes without our knowledge for 2 years. They do not care about their tenants as long as they get their money,
Nathan Tremblay: Total and complete fagqots. Renting out old grimy apartments for top dollar from buildings that are about to collapse. Douchebags such as this are a waste of breathe and space.
