The Willows Retirement Community: what do users think?
Christine Burke: My husband and I are looking for a place for a gentleman friend. We were met with this sales representative named Joan. This woman was the most difficult, condescending person to deal with. Every question we asked was met with deflection. She continually acted obtuse. Never answering the question.
Rev. Daniel Gregoire: I visited members of my church who now live in this community. I was very impressed by the set up and the amenities. It seems like a very friendly and comfortable place to enjoy one's retirement.
Howard Hargreaves: Great place for retirees. It's like a small town all together. Has everything and anything you may want to do.
Margaret Kohin: Fabulous place. My parents, are living independently in a 2-bedroom apartment. The food and services are great. No need to worry. They are safe and happy.
Thomas Racine: I was visiting residents that are my clients. The facility is beautiful and my clients raved about it.
Elaine Weagel: My daughter and I visited my sister and her husband and was very impressed with the community. We had dinner and the food was excellent. We also met the chef and he was very polite and attentive to my family's requests. Thank you for providing a pleasant safe home environment for my family.
William Breault: Nice place! My parents are very happy there.
Lisa Phillips: It is a beautiful community...Worcester
BTE4565: Very welcoming. non corporate feel. Excellent value.
Susan Daws: Joined my Mom at a piano concert. An hour of beautiful music shared with her was quite lovely.
Debbie Nickerson: I had a wonderful visit with a church friend today. Although I stayed with her in her apartment there were many lovely areas where we could of sat for a semi private chat. The check in process was complete and made me feel safe and comfortable.
Dan B: We were visiting Moe and Ted Gustafson. First time since December 2019. Check in process was seem less. Becca was great to work with a constant smile
Orquídea Jimenez Paredes: Excelente lugar. Se siente mucha paz tranquilidad. Ambiente muy agradable.
Marion Rantala: At dinner, on my second day at The Willows, as a "newbie" I was seated with several longer-term residents, one of whom was our dear now-departed Dottie Kashuk. The conversation turned to Dottie's new play. She asked if I had ever tried acting. When I revealed my rather limited stage experience, she recruited me as Louise -- a retired circus animal tamer -- a contender against two other women for the attention of an attractive man.I put together a ridiculously over-the-top costume out of odds and ends in my closet, added too much makeup and did my best. I talked about taming lions and tigers and my appreciative audiences..No, I wasn't cast as the winner but that was such fun! I met and laughed with so many friendly, interesting people. What a great beginning as a resident of The Willows!
Charles Stonehouse: If you like crowded yet comfortable living conditions its a nice place. There are also outlying buildings resembling condoes in the complex that are more private as well.
Phobrek Taz: Attractive, well-kept.
Nivaldo Danieletto: Muito bom lugar
Dr. Timothy Hoffman: Nice
Colleen Keegan: Clean location my Grandparents have been very happy here the last few years and I am glad they are in a place where they can receive help if they needed.
michael burke: Dont like it...never will
Saade Saade: The place I would love to retire at , but I'm not sure what does it mean I'll never retire, leave me at the mountain 😁

Eisenberg Assisted Living Residence: what do users think?
paula shantzis: Eisenberg Assisted Living gives my 89 year old mom the community and care she needs to enjoy life. As mom developed issues that made living alone difficult, we tried having her with us. We jointly agreed that she needed people and stimulation more readily available to her. Eisenberg has provided that and much more. The environment is healthy and beautiful - good food, a wealth of activities, excellent apartments and lovely commons spaces - but the true beauty of Eisenberg is the caring culture that they provide. Their first concern is for the residents well being and everything follows from that. The nursing staff is very responsive and caring and while assisted living is not a skilled nursing facility, they strive to monitor the wellness of every resident. Mom and our family experiences that every day. I can’t say enough about each person on that staff. The activities staff is amazing and has stepped up during Covid in ways that are creative and stimulating to mom and so comforting to my family, who can’t see mom they way we are used to during Covid. We can’t ask for more prompt or more caring communication with us about mom. I think the key to a good family experience with a parent housed in this kind of living environment is to be able to have a good relationship with everyone from the kind people at the front desk to management. Everyone is accessible and willing to listen to mom’s or our needs. My mom is happy and content at Eisenberg and our family is grateful that this quality of living is available to her. Thank you all!
Joel Cutler: My brother has been living at the Eisenberg Assisted Living Residence for the past 6 1/2 months. I am happy to give EAL a 5 star rating. All of the people I have come in contact with are kind, compassionate and helpful. The Director, David Price, has proven to be an outstanding professional in eldercare. He consistently strives to achieve excellence in all aspects of each residence's life.On behalf of my brother, my husband and myself; thank you David!Janyce Cutler
Pauline Himlan: This is an outstanding facility. They take such good care of my mother. Very professional staff, expert in providing an excellent quality of life to the residents and this time in their lives. Beautiful, clean environment. I just cannot say enough, or thank them enough.
Wendy Shepro: Eisenberg is an exceptional place to call home! There is positive and committed leadership and staff who work tirelessly for the safety, health, and happiness of its residents. All you have to do is visit and you’ll feel the sense of warmth and community.
Sue: I highly recommend Eisenberg - the staff is outstanding and the facilities are excellent. My father quickly felt at home and enjoyed both his privacy as well as interacting with other residents at meals or any of the organized events he was interested in. A special shout out to the nurses - you could not find a better and more caring team. And, we enjoyed the special events for families, too.
Mary E L Shepherd: My aunt was slated to move into Eisenberg in March just as the doors closed because of COVID. It was a blessing to spend many long days with her to reminisce and truly prepare for the transition to Eisenburg. Dave Price was honest and forthcoming with the COVID cases, what changes were made to comply with state and local regulations, and how they were managing the activities of daily living for the residents. So when the doors open for new move ins, we were ready. Shannon and Connie came out to reassess my aunt, and I went in to choose a room. Moving in was planned down to the details and went smoothly. There have been a couple bumps along the way, but there always is. Everyone takes responsibility and coordinates to correct the problems. All in all my aunt has adjusted, she is happy and loves her new room, because it is filled with her personal belongings. There is a warmth to the community, I chose Eisenburg for my aunt because the people are fantastic, it is faith/spiritual based (she was raised Catholic), it is nonprofit, the building/grounds are well maintained, but what sealed the deal was they cook from scratch because they are Kosher, Kosher may not matter to my aunt or I, but cooking from scratch is, cooking with love.
Evan Stewart: Our family name parallels this facilities heritage. My dad lived nearby for almost 30 years and it became time for him to be in a safer living environment. The Eisenberg facility and its staff and caregivers provide the highest quality Care possible with a High attention to detail, a commitment to safety and personal well-being of each of the residents under their care. The nursing staff is extraordinary, thorough and broad-minded about the numerous facets of Elder Care. The the overall cleanliness and thorough Sanitation kept the covid-19 virus at bay, keeping the residents safe during this most risky time.We commend the entertainment committee for keeping the place jumping, keeping the residents entertained no matter what the weather! And we'd like to pay homage to Christie at the front desk (and all the other folks that are the guards at the front door lol) of the Eisenberg facility. Thanks again for taking such great care of my dad. Living out of state, I am able to be at peace and not worry about him ...as much...lol...since he moved into the Eisenberg facility. I am forever grateful.Evan Stewart EisenbergOdessa New York
Harvey Florman: Eisenberg has nice facilities. However we found them inflexible. They have rules, some of which seem arbitrary and apparently unimportant. If those rules do not impact you then this is a reasonable place. If they do impact you then this is the wrong place.

Tatnuck Park at Worcester: what do users think?
Christy Hogan: Our family member moved in six months ago and we are very happy with everything at Tatnuck Park. The staff is wonderful. Family member is happy and enjoying the meals, exercise classes, and medication management.
Ellen Falone: If you are looking for an assisted living for your loved one, I can honestly say there is only one choice, Tatnuck Park in Worcester brought my father back to life, he is not existing, he is thriving, has made friendships with staff and residents. They live a full and happy life at Tatnuck Park.
Lisa O’Neil: My parents moved to Tatnuck Park when it became too difficult for my Dad to care for my Mom with advancing dementia. It was important to my parents to continue to live together despite their challenges. They lived in a two bedroom apartment with a small kitchenette in traditional assisted living at Tatnuck. As my Mom's health declined , she took 2 visits weekly to memory care for day programming. She then required hospice intervention with her physical care and being hoisted all of in and out of bed with a lift. All the while she remained with my Dad in traditional assisted living. The most wonderful staff and caregivers at Tatnuck Park made this all possible. I forgot to mention this all took place at the height of the pandemic which was a challenge for them. The staff made sure my parents were well taken care of, well fed and attended social events when possible. These are a group of the most caring people we have met!!
Crystal Lucchesi: My mom has lived at Tatnuck Park since 2019, first in traditional living and now in the memory care unit, and I could not be happier with the experience there. Staff are caring, compassionate, and patient. Such a friendly and homey environment. There is always something going on in the activity room so there is plenty of chances for socializing. So happy with our experience there and would highly recommend to anyone.
Patricia Richards: I am very content with Tatnuck Park, it has become my home. My health care needs are very well taken care of and that makes me feel safe. Our housekeeping and maintenance director always take care of all our needs. What we especially enjoy is our social hour with friends and wine.
Trish Tupaj: The Harbor staff at Tatnuck Park are awesome! They care for each and every resident as if the resident is their own family member.
Jim Kee: My wife entered Harbor, the memory care unit at Tatnuck Park at Worcester, in late May. We had begun to research memory care units in the greater Worcester area a few months earlier, imagining that she might need such care by autumn. She suffered an acute decline in mid-May, however, and after a period of hospitalization and a stay at a skilled nursing facility, she was welcomed into Harbor.I had heard many positive comments about Harbor from members of a support group who had relatives residing there. In all respects the care offered to my wife at Harbor has met or exceeded the high expectations I had formed. The Director and the nursing staff are knowledgeable, experienced, compassionate professionals. The other members of the support staff are well trained and, to a person, deeply caring . All have worked hard to get to know my wife, discern her particular needs, and learn how best to address them. From day one my wife has only spoken positively about the care she receives. Everyone at Harbor similarly treats me with kindness, knowing as they do the anxieties a husband feels about his wife's well-being in circumstances like these. The channels of communication between the staff and myself are open and reassuring.I should add that the Executive Team was similarly excellent in every respect when I first began to inquire about the appropriateness of Harbor for my wife. They, too, were remarkably compassionate. They clearly communicated all I needed to know about the costs and services. They were generously responsive when we had sudden need of Harbor for my wife much earlier than we had anticipated. They stressed from the beginning that Harbor offers an unusually high level of memory care. I can testify that their pride in Harbor is well founded.
Flo Scarpaci: I've been a resident at Tatnuck Park for 7 years and am so happy here. I'm grateful for the friends I have met here and the people that work here are wonderful. The building feels like home, and I am always well taken care of. Any body that comes and visits, I tell them they should move here because they would be so happy too. I love Tatnuck!
fitznutz: I was a respite resident st Tatnuck Park Worcester. I was blown away by the level of care I received. The Residents were so nice and The staff was amazing. I never once missed being away from home.
Jeremy Shue: Great place to work! The residents and my co workers all feel like family.
Kristin Ramsey: I have worked at Tatnuck Park for almost 4 years and I love it. The residents are wonderful, employees are wonderful and the management team is wonderful. I love Tatnuck with all my heart and would recommend it to anyone, even my own family!
Chinaa Bankz24: Excellent place to work !!!!!!!!!
shabre44 Breslin: Nice, clean the staff are very courteous and friendly . I have a friend that lives here. I visit him often, he complains about the food since they changed chefs last year. For the most part he seems to enjoy his stay considering he is a young man compared to the majority of the people that live there are much older than he.
Cindy Hall: Most of the people are helpful and friendly. The kitchen staff are great! Sometimes one has to ask other staff twice to get a task completed. I'm sorry the above woman had such a. negative experience. I am visiting my sister here. I am from Chicago and have accompanied her to bingo, meals (which are excellent!),exercise classes, crafts, trivia, a wonderful St. Patrick's Day party (which was awesome!). I have metthe executive director, activity folks, Physical Therapists, and Nurses. All staff have gone out of their way to welcome me and make me feel at home. The surroundings are beautiful and calming. I feel so relieved that my sister Heidi lives here. It feel like a safe and relaxing environment. Iwas a Social Worker and have not ran into many "snobs" as the above message claimed. Cindy Hall
Maureen Prichard: I went for a visit to see my uncle and aunt here at Tatnuck park and I can not begin to tell you how upsetting it is. The receptionist was polite but not very friendly, which for someone who is suppose to be greeting people she should look like she actually enjoys her job. The upper management are all snobs, they act as if they own the place, Every greeting ( If I recieved one) was forced and very fake like. One person stood out the most of them all,I believeher name was Deb. HORRIBLE! No mannors, rude, she is not a people person at all! When I came during the evening all of the aides were standing around the kitchen area talking to one another in a different language, loudly at that. My uncle stated that it was always like that after 3 o'clock. When I asked Deb for some assistance since her aids were busy with thier conversation she simply brushed me off and told me that if I have a complain I can file it with someone in the morning. I am letting it be known that not only will I be reporting on here, But you can be your dollar that I will be reporting to all the proper people. Please DO NOT send your parents to this place, they are simply about the money not about the quality of care. TRUST me when I tell you that you will pay for everything and get nothing out of it! I will be working to get my family out of there ASAP and that is a promise! The only reason I am even giving two stars is because the kitchen staff are wonderful! You all are the light of Tatnuck park.

Amy Benoit: I am super impressed with the level of care, knowledge and concern of staff and leadership of this facility. From what I've seen, the food, activities, friendliness, and genuine interest of nurses and caregivers is exactly what you wish for your loved ones. This seems to be the perfect fit for my mom at this point due to her specific needs of care and attention. Knowing she is being taken care of in a loving way puts my mind at ease.

Dodge Park Rest Home: what do users think?
Mike Mustafa: Please don’t bring your love one to this place. They are scammers Ben and partner Mi-cha stole me moms money.
Roseann Augat: The owners, and staff go above and beyond in their care for their “family”.Their focus is the person admitted to their care. Our only regret is that we did not find this Oasis for our mother sooner .Highly recommend !
Paulette Bowes: Dear Micha,It is now going on almost two months that my brother Ricky has been at Dodge Park. Everything that you have said about how he would be cared for has been true. This is a fantastic place that understands how horrible and devestating dimentia is. I have visited once a week and every time I go home knowing that Ricky is in the best place for him.You hire compassionate ,loving care givers that allow Ricky to experience a dignity that is not always shown to this population.I have visited with my husband, my younger brother and my daughter,... each visit ends with the conclusion that this is truly a remarkable place.Today I got a chance to chat with Carrie. She was honest about the challenges facing Ricky. However, there was no doubt that she and her team will do everything possible to make Ricky's life as comfortable as possible. From the minute we are greeted at the door for our covid test to the entry into the family visiting room, all attendants are happy, helpful and kind.Thank you for this and thank you for being a beacon of hope to so many that just want to know that their loved ones are understood and safe. With much appreciation,Paulette on behalf of my brother Ricky
Raju Alagawadi: Clean and tidy, very dedicated staff.
Liron Prihar: A+++++
GOFLO LLC: Wonderful place ! Highly recommended !
Deb Davison: My mother has been a resident at Dodge Park Rest Home for more than 2 years. This facility is amazing. Every employee is well trained in strategies to interact with dementia patients. They make the residents feel comfortable and LOVED. The residents truly believe they are part of their family. The two owners of the facility were destined to take care of the elderly. It is their true calling. The administration only excepts the best from their employees. If you are looking for a safe place for your loved one, please check out this rest home. It is comforting to know that their is always someone there to hold my mother's hand or give her a much needed hug!
Denise Walsh: Our mom is sweet and dear to us and Dodge Park Rest Home has been such a blessing to her. She is cared for lovingly in a lovely environment that has perfect soothing yet social and fun activities for someone with severe dementia. The staff are kind and considerate and she is thriving better here than at home with us. She is living.❤ Thank you for protecting her from illness and for loving her. We are beyond grateful for Ben, Micha, Carrie, the nurses and staff. This is the only place like this in Massachusetts. Much love, Barbara Lusignan's daughter and family.
David Lusignan: They take such wonderful care of my Mom who resides there and so impressed with the amount of daily programming available to their residents. They are super careful with COVID-19 to ensure no resident catches this horrible illness. We are so grateful for their due diligence and the kindness from every member at Dodge Park. We highly recommend Dodge Park that gives us piece of mind that our loved one is being well looked after. Thank you!!
Bill Mawdsley: An extremely caring facility that knows how to provide excellent care for your family member.
Rene LeBlanc: Having my mother placed at Dodge Park was definitely one of the best things that could have happened for her with her dementia. I find that the staff is extremely competent, takes great care of my mother,,communicate often and are always available to chat and all are Very kind from top to bottom to all their residents all the time. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Denise G: My father has been living at Dodge Park for more than two years, and most recently, my mother needed professional care and moved to Oasis at Dodge Park. Words cannot express the compassion and care the directors and staff have shown us, we are grateful. Their approach to senior care is unique in that it is greater care than assisted living, yet has a warm, caring , and at-home atmosphere (unlike nursing homes we visited). The majority of staff are long-term with ten or more years, and they are like family to us. Currently with the challenge of Covid, I know that my parents are in excellent hands and are receiving the best qualitative senior care in the area. Thank you all.
Joanne LeBlanc: Very happy with the care my mom has been receiving. We placed our mom here in 2018 due to her dementia. The staff here have been very caring and considerate - it really shows. Would highly recommend.
Bob Cyr: Dodge Park has been absolutely wonderful and amazing during this pandemic. All the people in their care are given the best care.My mother is their and I am very pleased with the care she is given every day.
Deb Puleo: The owners and staff at Dodge Park Rest Home are the most patient, caringand kind people one would ever like to meet. My mother is a resident at Dodge Park and I can honestly say that from day one, I have had peace of mind. Dodge Park is like home. Should you need a memory care facility for your loved one... Dodge Park and Oasis at Dodge Park should be first on your list to visit! You won't be disappointed.
Nancy Holland: After three failed placements for our mother, we discovered Dodge Park. She went there a year ago in December. Thank heavens! Two months later Covid19 erupted. Management at Dodge Park took action immediately, closing the facility off, implementing use of PPE, instituting frequent staff and resident testing (often at their own expense), installing UV light fixtures in the ceiling, and continuing to care for and give families reports on the residents. They have been successful at preventing the major outbreaks that have plagued so many other long term care facilities, and have kept our mother safe. The owners, Micha and Ben are very caring people who hold their staff to high standards. The staff, many of whom have been there for numerous years, are also very caring and accessible to family members.I highly recommend Dodge Park and it’s team of dedicated professionals.
Paul OHara: My wife Jeannie has been a resident at Dodge Park for five years. During the past couple of years she has been bed ridden. The nurses and staff have taken loving care under these difficult circumstances. This involves repositioning her on a regular schedule to avoid developing sores. Involves feeding her and changing her as needed. We are in difficult times with the threat of the deadly virus. So many nursing homes have had disastrous out breaks . Dodge Park acted very early to shut down the facility and as a result their residents have been uniformly protected. I missed seeing Jeannie for all those months but I have come to understand and appreciate the proactive effort. My thanks to Ben, Micha, Meri , Carrie and staff. .Paul O’Hara.
Joshua Paulin: My mother came to Dodge Park after rehab for a fall, and was so well treated. The staff and owners were incredibly kind and helpful. The care here was far beyond that of other places we had looked into; I think the main thing for us was that people were treated with dignity and staff really engaged with them. Thanks so much for taking care of my mom!
Rod Lee: I have been privileged to know management and staff at Dodge Park Rest Home/Oasis for some time and am well aware of their conscientious approach to their work. They strive to keep their residents safe and well. They are a great example of caring based on love for individuals and families.
jokami47: My Father has been at Dodge Park for four years. During this time he has received excellent care. The staff at Dodge Park has always exhibited a level of kindness and compassion that is exemplary. There is a warm family atmosphere that permeates every part of the organization.
corey Peyser: Dodge Park Rest Home is run by caring and extremely experienced ownership. This is a top notch facility where anyone that needs to put their loved one in should feel comfortable and good to do so.
