Vladislav Kononenko: I was in the market for another car and I saw a few cars that I wanted to take a look at from their website. I gave them a call and it was very quick and easy to set up a test drive for the cars I was interested in. The cars were clean and in great working condition and the staff was very professional. It is clear that they care about the quality of their cars and the customer service. It’s been a while since I got a new car and the staff was able to walk me through the whole buying process and even assist me with the registration. I ended up choosing the 2009 Toyota Corolla. I’ve had this car for over two weeks now and I am very happy with my choice and the condition of my car. I would definitely come back here for my next car and I highly recommend this dealership! The staff is knowledgeable, the prices are very fair and they keep their cars serviced and in good condition.

Peter Gonzalez: Horrible service, prolonged mechanic work for no reason, sold me a car that legally wasn’t going to pass inspection and they knew it, had a bad cat, tire pressure sensors, I brought it to them, took them 5 days to weld a small car when any other welder/mechanic can do it in less than an hour, and they didn’t even fix the issue with the tire pressure sensors, my back tires are still leaking so I’m sure it’s not even the sensors, I just have leaky tires and they didn’t do anything to fix them, so I couldn’t get it inspected initially because the check engine light from the bad cat, then when they fixed the cat, they caused an exhaust leak that wasn’t there originally , so it failed inspection, then I went to inspect it after I myself paid out of pocket to fix the exhaust leak and forgot to mention the headlights I paid $500 for because the ones they sold me the car with were full of condensation, so that’s another reason it failed, another place didn’t even finish the inspection due to safety because of the back doors not having interior door handles because it’s a decommissioned cop car, but they didn’t even take the time to check out ANYTHING that was wrong with the car but were on top of selling it to me. Worst car buying it experience I’ve had to date, would never go back. Also failed to mention that I didn’t bring it back for a second time to fix the leak they caused because they’re 40 minutes away from me and I already had to miss days of work from bringing them the car originally and picking it up because they couldn’t even stick to their word of having it ready by 10am the day I was supposed to get it. I’ve spent a good $700 of my own money on top of all the tolls I had to go through repeatedly to bring the car and pick it up.

Even with a 30-day warranty, you expect to be stuck with whatever problems the car might have, because those warranties never cover the thing that goes wrong. And they're used cars, so of course there will be problems. That's just the way it is, right?Not this time.On my way home from buying a Nissan Juke at MetroWest Auto Sales, I hit stop-and-go traffic, and the car stalled. Repeatedly. It had to be put in park in order to restart, so it was scary, being at risk of getting rear-ended. This wasn't the sort of problem that would have caused the car to fail inspection, but it was dangerous, and it needed to be fixed. I figured it was my car now, and my problem.But MetroWest actually sent someone to my house, over an hour away, to pick up the car. They tried SO HARD to fix the problem. Two mechanics failed, so they took it to $$$ Nissan. I cannot imagine how much money they spent trying to diagnose and fix that darn car. I know they lost money. Lots of money.When Nissan couldn't fix it, they offered me a choice - a full refund (including registration/title fees), or I could put the purchase price toward another car.I wanted a small AWD/4WD vehicle, so I bought a sporty little Mazda CX 3. MetroWest took care of registration and all fees, even insisted on refunding the Pay-by-plate fees incurred during test drives.The Mazda had a minor issue with the windshield washer, and I simultaneously had a family emergency in Florida. So when I took the car back to get the washer fixed, they DROVE ME TO THE AIRPORT and stored the car until I got back.I cannot say enough about the fantastic people behind MetroWest Auto Sales. You can shop here with complete confidence. If the car has an existing problem, they will absolutely have your back.

He has gone above and beyond any and all expectations of a car dealer. I had been shopping around for the perfect car for me and my Family for about a month now and started at the major dealers around Worcester and even traveled as far as Bristol Toyota in Swansea and Ira Toyota in Tewksbury ( both of which turned out to be a nightmare so buyers beware ) and then I stumbled upon the car of my dreams at Mass Motors. After Ira Toyota dragged the little bit of credit i had through the mud by running my credit through 6 different lenders without permission after I went in preapproved for an 18,000$ Loan that I set up prior to my arrival to Toyota’s for that purpose and my credit dropped 40 points over night. I was mortified when I heard what my credit score ended up at yet Aziz saved the day and helped me through the steps to get the lender that the day before approved me for 18,000$ was struggling to lend me 9,000$ due to my credit drop. He worked 5 hours of magic for me and got me in my dream car that runs and drives absolutely perfect and for a perfect price. I truly appreciate all your help Aziz and will never buy a car from another person. Hands down you are the best and I really mean it. Thank you.

Now we have a worthless chevy equinox that we are still making payments on, despite the fact theres still 10K miles on the warranty. The service department was rude, condescending and dismissive. My wife tried to take care of this herself, and left in tears after the way she was treated. I was shocked. They finally offered to "help" us for an estimated 5K or more to swap out the motor. Do yourself a favor and go to an actual dealership that is obligated to honor your warranty. Very disappointing.I know that they will respond to this review and try to dismiss the facts with false information and pretend to take the high road, and I will not be able to publicly respond to their lies, but don't believe them. There are plenty of better dealerships in the area.
