Adonay Resom: WORST PLACE TO GET YOUR CAR FIXED.After basically begging them to work on it for months, they finished and gave me my car back. The car run WORSE than when I gave them (making a lot of noise) AND there were PIECES MISSING!!! They promised to order, call me back and install the missing parts. But not only did they not call back they never answered my calls (And I called so man times). I didn't end up going back to their office. I'd never want to meet these people ever again.ALSO they promised to get my car fixed within weeks but they kept my car for MONTHS!! Not only that but they kept avoiding my phone calls. I had to call using other friends phones to get in contact with them. They kept saying next week. When next week came there was no progress on the car.

Alexa Brandenberg: Sadly, I have to amend my glowing review from last year. The customer service is wonderful but ever since my new clutch was installed I had problems and I had to get a new one a month ago. That’s not cheap.It looks like they didn’t use a new part or they didn’t replace the whole thing or something. Go somewhere else for clutch replacement. Olsi Auto made a good story out of what could have been a nightmare. I drove to Worcester from NY to pick up my daughter, and as soon as I pulled off the highway, my car started smoking and screeching and it stalled. My daughter called Olsi and within minutes they called me. They arranged for a tow truck, and sent someone down to make sure I was ok and not too stressed. When the tow truck couldn't give me a lift to the mechanic, they did. And then they repaired my clutch. They did a good job with the clutch, but the service they provided went above and beyond. Thank you, Olsi Auto, for making a bad situation bearable!!

I took my car for repairs, I was charged $650 to fix the front arm control, fix the o2 censor, and they promised to fix the oil that slightly drops from beneath my car. But guess what, those problems still persist. When I went back to them for the o2 censor issue, they said what the engine light read was not o2 censor related even when another mechanic had told me it was o2 censor. I really wanted to involve authorities, but my friends advised I let it go.

I MEAN REFUSED... to let me on the highway with the vehicle because I was a younger person. So.. after spending 14k UP FRONT on the vehicle, his mood changed. Still had to spend another 3k after I got the car to get wheels/tires. I would never buy a car from this place again and if you are looking to, DONT. They dodge your emails, calls, etc. 100% a sketchy dealer.

Paige B: This car dealership is horrible don't use them, I bought a car from them a couple months ago, and as soon as I drove it off the lot, was having issues. They say they do an inspection when they get the car, then again right before the car leaves the lot. THIS IS A LIE, THEY went and got the car inspected for me, and it took them over an hour, maybe 2 hours to come back with the car. There was a transmission leak, car was idling at stop signs, the struts were making noises at bumps, low tire pressure light kept coming on. eventually they stopped taking my calls and emails, to make an appointment to fix it, so i just drove the car right back down there. they then directed me to an offsite to get the transmission leak fixed. the the offsite mechanic stated he was only authorized to look at the leak and refused to look at whatever else was wrong with the car, the "rest wasn't under warranty" and they refused to even LOOK at the issue. i had to have my mechanic fix it for another $600

John Dobens: Quick Summary: These guys sold me a vehicle with a bad catalytic converter and brakes installed incorrectly. Now they are dodging me, so here we go!Full Story: Don't get me wrong, I LOVE the vehicle these guys sold me. They got me in and out quickly and were fairly easy to work with. But here's the problem...My mechanic failed inspection post-sale due to catalytic converter codes coming back for bad emissions. When I contacted Manny and Cesar at C&E about this, I asked for them to take care of it because it was covered under their warranty they added to the vehicle. They told me to "have the codes cleared" and run Cataclean through the engine if that doesn't work because they already replaced an OEM sensor to the Cat and ran Cataclean through it before selling it to me. Special thanks to my lifetime mechanic, who was able to help me get the catalytic converter replaced, no questions asked.However, it was then brought to my attention upon inspection that the brakes were installed BACKWARDS, causing the rotors to warp and prematurely rust out. Furthermore, the locking pins were never reinstalled into the calipers, so they could've come loose and flown off at any point. These guys overlooked a major safety issue and took zero responsibility for over $2500 total of repairs. I contacted them about the brakes, and all they told me is they would "look into it". I have since tried to get a hold of them with no response.Just for fun, here's a few minor issues that I ran into just ONE WEEK after purchase: right directional light went out, cabin air filter completely clogged, nail in my back left tire, missing harness in battery terminal, and 3 unresolved recalls that I needed to have addressed before inspection.AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!

seth couturier: Should be an option for zero stars. They sold my wife a vehicle with a bad motor, and failed to honor the warranty because we moved out of state. Now we have a worthless chevy equinox that we are still making payments on, despite the fact theres still 10K miles on the warranty. The service department was rude, condescending and dismissive. My wife tried to take care of this herself, and left in tears after the way she was treated. I was shocked. They finally offered to "help" us for an estimated 5K or more to swap out the motor. Do yourself a favor and go to an actual dealership that is obligated to honor your warranty. Very disappointing.I know that they will respond to this review and try to dismiss the facts with false information and pretend to take the high road, and I will not be able to publicly respond to their lies, but don't believe them. There are plenty of better dealerships in the area.

I call in again, and talk to the same guy and ask him for a picture and I get: “I know man, you gotta give me some time”. Another 4 days go buy and nothing. I call again just to be put on holdIf you don’t want to do your job just quit and find something else to do.

We ended up falling in love with a different truck that they already had there and Jen was awesome! She helped us get a loan on the vehicle we really fell in love with when we didn’t even think we could a loan. Let me tell you, she worked very hard to get us into it!! She kept us updated every step of the way and we felt like we had known her forever. I don’t know that I’d go anywhere else in the future. The SUV failed inspection 3 times, come to find out from the mechanic that the SUV did not have original transmission and appears that Park Ave Auto replaced the transmission with an old transmission from the Junk Yard.
