jennifer zaniboni: We bought skip the line passes for both upstairs and downstairs venues for $40 pp for birthday party. We arrived about 9 pm and there was no line at either. Later there was a line outside for the lower level club. Very fun venue and MC was good at having the birthday girl get up on stage to dance and sing with the band with smoke effects!. Only complaint is that several times we venmoed money (as instructed) for song requests totaling $40 in requests and the songs were never played. MC said that the band only knows certain songs so they can’t do anything about not honoring paid song requests :(

Twitchy: Good place for late night food in downtown Boston. Arriving on a late flight into Boston, there's not a lot of full service restaurant options in the downtown area after 9 pm. At Bostonia Public House we had the hot lobster roll, pasta vongole and fish & chips. The food and service were very good. As an fyi, it does get pretty noisy once the live entertainment starts.

We made reservations in advance (when they were open) to have dinner here for our honeymoon. No indication anywhere that they would be closing for the season! It was our first time there and we got a pitcher of their sangria, which they filled fully with ice first and just a fruit juice mixture and what looked like Prosecco, so only got about 3 drinks out of it and would’ve cost less to get 3 individual drinks. Definitely overpriced for what we got, but can’t speak to other drinks as that’s all we got. And then they told us they’d be closing early because it was cold… however, good thing was there was plenty of seating and different types of seating. Sadly, we won’t be returning but it does have potential to be a cool spot and probably worth stopping by if you are staying at the hotel!

When we arrived they sat us at these patio chairs with a small glass table, barely big enough for the two of us. We had waited 30 almost 40 minutes for service before we left. The staff had made eye contact and walked by us multiple times, honestly very upset about our experience! Probably wouldn’t recommend, wish I had gotten better service to provide a better review.

We were forced to make a reservation 2 months ago since we couldn't be seated thenThere was not a single redeeming part of our experiance. Had to wait in line for directions to the 'roof' (patio). Was sent up the elevator to the check in/host area on arrival which was empty for the 10 minutes we waited. Finally waited in line to ask the bar staff about the reservation and they laughed and told us to take any table and "for faster service, order at the bar". Proceeded to find a table that was the least soiled however very sticky with drink rings, crumbs and paper bits. Went to the bar for 'faster' service and the 3 drink order attempts were unable to be made since the premade batch blends ran out the night before. There were bees everywhere on the bar, which whatever, but if you wiped the bar occasionally you could at least clean off the dead ones. Finally settled on a couple drinks (batch made) which were jarringly sweet. Ordered apps as well as our main meal since the drink process was taking so long. Waiting... no bottled water available... second round of drinks, 1 beer and a gin&tonic (safe bet). G&T seemed heavy poured but was very obviously watered down gin. Beer that I ordered was not available but found one my husband liked which was not of the listed options. Still waiting for food... finally checked in on the food and the staff seemed shocked we hadn't received any yet, said they would ask the kitchen. Eventually got to the manager that 'called the kitchen' and walked away. Another large group that arrived 30-40 mins after us received food and we were still left waiting. Finally tracked down the manager again and they said they called it in personally. Still waiting for food... we finally closed our or tab without the food which was removed from another bartender since an hour+ had passed and we still had not received and app, never mind the entree. Finally as we were packing to leave almost 75 mins after ordering, food showed up but was somehow still messed up. The expensive (mkt price) lobster was prepared opposite to the option we ordered. We were comped this but at this point were laughing at the farce we were going through. Every person that works here needs to assess their career at this point. Complete fail on all levels. Never again. Avoid at all costs. We had ran into friends that had also rented the cabana option this same day and they had a worse experience than us and paid obscene amounts for wait staff that didn't show up for 2 hours after their reservation as well as all of the issues we went through. This place holds true to the Revere name. Gross.

Alsu Traveler: The place itself was nicely planned and decorated, but the whole experience did not match the experience. Food, security and hospitality services requires management’s attention. We came there to grab a few drinks with appetizers, and we were surprised they let a party of more than 10 people to crowd our table (the guests from other party literally stopped at our table a few times, putting their drinks on our table). We shared that info with our server but it was more like sharing our thoughts with him, no actions were taken.

Devdav Newar: This is place was recommended by a lot of people and we were finally able to get a spot. You need to come in early and wait in line to get in but its all worth the wait. The concept of this place is great. A bartender asks you the alcohol base and flavours you like and then he works his magic and mixes an amazing cocktail. There is no menu so you can ask for anything. We were 5 people and everyone gave their own wish list for the bartender to work his magic. Our favourite was this vodka and saffron based drink that he made and it was one of the best cocktails I have had ever. The other ones were also great. There was nothing that we did not like. They have a small menu for food as well. We got the fries and churros to go along with the drinks and its the best combination ever. Its a great place for a night out.

Sara Ansari: The bartenders here are gifted. There’s no drink menu, you tell them what you want and they make their concoction. Say what you want - vodka, lime, agave, whatever - and the drinks they make are unbelievable. And if you don’t know what you want and say something like a dirty martini, it still comes out better than any other place.

Barbara Lynch prides herself on quality and this was much less than that…rather unfortunate. Our friends said it had gone downhill and we felt that was not true; however, they were correct. We cannot and will not recommend Drink!!! We have been to other restaurants of Barbara Lynch’s and the treatment and attitude was unwelcome at Drink.

I was with a group of 6 and we were invited in to standing room only and then moved (by the staff) to stools when seating became available thus changing the bartender who was serving us. Our new bartended ignored us to the point it was comical with others around us acknowledging that we were addressing him to no avail. When we finally got his attention to order he would only listen to one person before turning away and hearing the rest of our orders. At one point one of us ordered and then he took and made multiple orders of others. We waited to so long for this drink that we had to tell him not to make it because we had to leave for a dinner reservation. When we got our bill, we were charged for one extra drink. I addressed this with the bartender and he was unwilling to help. Granted, we switch bartenders in the middle of our visit so it’s understandable that a mistake happened but he simply insisted that he made us 2 drinks and that was our bill. Pretty infuriating given the price of the drinks and the automatically added 20% tip. I think the bar itself has amazing potential, but please address the downright rude employee who was working in the large center bar on the side furthest from the door on the night on 3/8.

R: I was so excited to bring my wife to my favorite bar in Boston, Drink, for her birthday. We got to the place and waited in line for about an hour, but I assured her it would be worth it. We eventually made it in, 30 minutes later, someone came by with water and asked us for our drink preferences. He made us a drink each and then left. We were there for 3 more hours and no one even looked in our direction, let alone asked us if we would like another drink or even to close out our tab. They were, however, extremely friendly with the groups around us - to the left and right of us- joking around, refilling their waters, others were even on their 3rd or 4th round. It honestly felt like they were avoiding us the entire night. No one acknowledged us at all. I've never felt so unwelcome before.I will not be coming back here. The idea was fun but the service was extremely unwelcoming and definitely not worth the $32 I paid for 2 drinks.This experience seems consistent with other 1 star reviews.

The waitress at Sportello was fantastic and offered to get us into Drink downstairs. As soon as we entered Drink, we went to the bar to order a …. drink. The bartenders basically told us to F off. So we left and will never return.

Al lee: One trick pony. I think it is ok for 1 or at most 2 visits. And as expected food is only passable over priced and tiny portion. Not worth the money. If it wasn't company outing no way I would come at all.

Nithya Ramaswamy: My work came here for a corporate outing and had a blast! No one really played darts before but they had some special games that added a twist to the classic darts game and we were all got really into it. We got a bunch of the food items and I really enjoyed the tacos, flatbreads, and sliders. Their cocktail selection was pretty diverse and I got a toucan cocktail, which was tasty but was 70% egg white foam so I wouldn't recommend getting it. My only other gripe with the place was that the servers start clearing out your food and drinks well before the reservation is up. Probably 30-40 minutes before the servers came around and picked up plates from our booth and just cleared them out without saying anything so half of us didn't even have any plates to eat off of for the remainder of the reservation.

Sampath D: Interesting and unique place. Electronic dartboard, nice music and vibe, packed when we visited, food is delicious (tried appetizers Kung Pao Califlower, french fries, flat bread, etc.).Comfortable place whether you go with friends or family since a great mix of folks there, so will visit next time i am in Boston.

They have separate booth which can accommodate a large group of upto 12-15 people. You can play multiple games as a team. Fun. You can order food plus drinks in your booth as well.Will definitely go again.Parking: Hard to find parking in the seaport area. Lucky if you find a free street parking spot.

We had the best time thanks to our servers and the manager, Tom, who went extra step in helping me with my reservation! Food was tasty and the atmosphere was absolutely perfect for Friday night/party/group hangout. My group is definitely going to pay another visit soon. Kudos to the servers and the manager!

Philip Kurle: I stopped in for a quick lunch. I ate at the bar. I had a really good Italian salad. I also had roughly 4 really excellent local IPAs. Those may possibly have offset the otherwise healthy salad, just a little. Excellent service. No complaints. Not too far to walk from the Convention Center, which is where I happen to be.

Nathan McNamara: Venue is great. Excellent music and great selection of beers and drinks. Unfortunately the service is lacking significantly. Sat down and server eventually came to take our drinks order and we noted we might want food later. We never received any further table service and had to go to the bar to order subsequent rounds. Service at the bar was dismissive. When we went to order food a few hours later we were told the kitchen had closed 3 minutes prior, with no notice given to patrons. When we tried to close out, we had to wait for service while bar staff stood in front of us on their cell phones. Disappointing service all round for a bar with great potential.

Tripp Shenton: Went to City Tap on the Saturday before the Boston Marathon - the place was hopping. We were told it was a 45 min wait for a table for two, but got 2 seats at the bar in about 10. They have about 40 taps with a real good selection of macro and craft beers - which includes a good mix of locals. You name your style and they will have something for you. We had a margarita pizza and tuna tartar tacos. The pizza was tasty. The tacos - while small were VERY good. The tuna was fresh, the shells nice and crunchy, and they came with an awesome aioli. Definitely worth a visit.

Jake Andrews: One of the best places in the Seaport. If you’re looking for good food, good vibes and sick of all of the steak house chains. This is 100% the spot to go! We’ve lived in The Seaport for 3 years and probably go once a week.

Kos Barsukov: I recently visited this brew pub and while the staff were friendly and accommodating, the management was simply terrible. It's a shame because the staff did their best to make up for the shortcomings of the management, but unfortunately, they couldn't overcome all the problems we encountered.The biggest issue was the long wait time for food and drinks. Despite the efforts of the staff to keep us informed, it was clear that the kitchen was understaffed and the bar was poorly managed. Our orders were often mixed up or forgotten altogether.To make matters worse, the prices were inflated and did not reflect the quality of the food and drinks we received. It was clear that the management was more interested in making a quick buck than providing a quality experience for their customers.The atmosphere was also lacking. The music was too loud and not to everyone's taste, and the lighting was harsh and uninviting.Overall, while the staff were nice, the poor management really let this brew pub down. I would not recommend this place unless they make significant changes to their management practices.

Noah Hilbert: Host was nice and polite when we arrived, but it was downhill from there. As most of the reviews state, the place is just OK for just drinks, but go somewhere with actual good food for a meal. The manager turned out to be super rude, and staff are slow. Food was beyond gross and inedible. I have been here a few times over the years since they opened, and it's clearly declining in quality & service.

We tried Nashville hot cauliflower, street corn, Mac and cheese, Brussels sprouts and all of them were great. Entrees were little underwhelming but not bad. I don’t drink so can’t speak for drinks but my coworkers enjoyed the drinks. We tried cookie dough smash for desert and it was amazing. Very casual place and ton is seating. Very courteous staff. It got little loud during evening but that’s common for most of bars and restaurants.
