Boston Pole Fitness: what do users think?
Klutzz Love: Amazing instructors. Supportive class. Why the one star? Stacy Hamilton!!! The owner.I had to cancel class due to a medical issue and dispite giving plenty of notice, the app took a few as "late cancel"Ten emails with Stacy later and I'm pretty sure she's according me of cancelling on app and then attending for free. She isn't able to answer one direct question and I feel like I just argued with a toddler.I see tons of other reviews on tons of platforms about this and had heard through word of mouth as well.
Missy Perry: I wish I could post a lower review but I can't :(Don't go here. I had an issue I wanted to discuss with a manager or an owner. I e-mailed them, I responded to their txt how was your class.. asking them to contact me and I left them a voicemail. I guess no one cares. I should have looked around better before going to this studio.
Elizabeth Elvin: Great experience can’t wait to go again
Stacy Braga: Had a great first class with Claudia! Very fun and supportive environment. Can't wait to go back!
Brianna Mikolich: Super fun classes in an inclusive and empowering environment.
Theresa Fersch: The studio is easy to access, there's free parking nearby, and the ceilings are good and high! The space is warm and inviting and the instructors were very welcoming on my first visit.

Gilded Studio Pole Dance and Fitness: what do users think?
Irina Manning: This was my first lesson at the studio and i really enjoyed it. I will probably book more classes there.
a very cute cat: I took a beginner burlesque group class and enjoyed it a lot!The studio is typical of what you would expect in a dance studio, it's well-maintained, clean and pleasant. The instructor's demonstration is clear and beautiful to look at. The acting tips are especially great -- for example, certain movement needs to be executed quickly, contrasting with certain slow moments, to create an intriguing dance.
Diana Nguyen: I have been SO keen on trying out any type of pole class for the longest time (3 years counting). I am so so so glad I found Gilded Studio thru ClassPass. I took the Intro to Floor Work class with Buster and I was immediately comfortable and so excited to learn. The class was NOT intimidating whatsoever-- even though this was my first time doing any sort of dance class in a studio as an adult-- the choreo was easy to pick up and so much fun to learn. I cannot wait to come back. PERDIODT
Jade Bolds: Clean studio, friendly staff and non-judgemental atmosphere. What more can you ask for?
Micah Savage: Would highly recommend this class for a girl's night or to boost your confidence. Our sweet instructor was thorough and very supportive. Can't wait for my next class
Tedra Green: So Me and my besty are on vacation, decided to take a pole dancing class, ok I live in Sharon ma, remember I live in Sharon ma, picked up my besty, our appointment was at 12pm got there at 11:50, my friend gets a text at 12:10, saying she had to cancel she was in the er, wow didn't even text me, I booked the class first, wasted my gas, and time. I am so upset, not professional at all.
Vincent: Jessica is an incredible trainer. She kept things interesting, and kept me motivated towards the goals we discussed. I still continue what I learned with her long after we finished working together. Miss my semi-weekly sessions!
Kelsie !: I went to my first class today and has no idea what to expect. I had a great time and recommend attending a class here. Jessica was such a great instructor and really took the time to help you and provide you with individual attention. Lastly again I highly recommend attending a class here !
Hannah Rogers: Gilded is one of my favorite places. Everyone is incrediblly nice and supportive, and they offer some of the best classes I've been to.
Luke Patrick King: Gilded has been so incredible for my relationship to exercise and my body. With a spine injury I was afraid I'd never be able to dance in a way that felt safe, but Jess has been so supportive in finding alternatives or encouraging me in a way that's felt safe and affirming. Having another queer person who always addresses me in a way that feels good has made me excited to come back week to week, and helped me enjoy movement because of how it feels rather than any weight loss goals.
David Kury: I started working with Jessica via her online zoom sessions about 4 weeks ago.I have been working from home for 7 months, due Covid/ Shelter in Place. My normal workout routine had fallen by the wayside. And my workstation was not set up ergonomically. Muscles atrophied a bit, especially my butt (glutes)! My girlfriend Alex recommended Jessica to help save my butt.Jessica has come up with fantastic exercises and stretches for my routine, which are producing results. She is great with communicating what is happening and why. She can see when my form is off and tells me how to correct it.I’m really glad to be working with her.
Duygu Tosun: I trained with Jessica for over two years. She absolutely changed not only my body but also my life! At age 40, she thought me how to integrate exercise into my life and how to appreciate the power of my body. She truly listens the needs of her clients, pays full attention to the form, and educate her clients while training. The most I miss though is her lovely smile and our conversations.
dale conour: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality,ValueJessica is sharp eyed when it comes to proper form, and clear eyed about assessing needs and planning regimens. She’s motivational, but also fun. I highly recommend her.
Sierra Cabezas: I started doing online personal training with Jessica and it's been amazing! I'm disabled with many health issues and they were always able to tailor a workout for my needs. With great communication and flexibility for what I can accomplish, I've started to build up much needed strength and stamina. I feel better for days after a workout instead of getting injured like I have with other training facilities. My health is in good hands with Jessica and I wouldn't have it any other way.
Meghan Chiampa: I have been taking classes w Gilded for over a month now and I'm already seeing amazing results with my strength and mobility after three months of stagnation. The classes are super fun and also challenging where it's not the same workout routine over and over, every class I learn something new. The instructor also pays attention to individual care in their classes, as someone with hyper-mobility issues, this is key for me.
Methanie Dempsay Binder: I met Jessica (aka Jynx, the business owner) while taking workout classes in San Francisco. I enjoyed her fun and focused style so much that I began personal training. Jess has taught me SO much over the years. I am now in my 50's (gasp) and Jess has done an amazing job of working with some of my physical limitations while pushing me to work harder than I thought possible. She also helped my husband get back to his old self after hip and shoulder surgery. We both love Jess! When Jess moved away to Boston, I was sad, but I am super happy now that I can take workout classes with her online again. Jess is curious and smart about the human anatomy. She is always looking to help her clients reach their goals in a goofy/fun and non-judgmental way. (Also, she LOVES puns.) Cannot recommend enough!!
Jess Barstis: I absolutely LOVE Gilded! The space itself is beautiful (and conveniently located, yes), but the biggest asset is definitely Jess/Jynx's incredible knowledge and passion for fitness for -every- body. The classes are both challenging and lots of fun. They have a deep understanding of the complexity of each individual's movement and ensures that they tailor their classes in such a way that the class is challenging for any level of fitness without being overwhelming.I've also been working with Jess/Jynx in personal training for the past several months, and the difference has been huge. As someone who was very physically active but constantly getting injured due to lack of proper form/general bodily awareness, I've already noticed a marked change in my strength and endurance (and my lower back is so much less painful!!!!).Between this and then deeply positive environment they foster for you to grow in, I really cannot recommend Gilded enough.
Peter Niemeier: I have worked with the proprietor of Gilded Studio for many years. They definitely know how to achieve results based on the needs of the individual by utilizing their knowledge of the human body. My understanding of my own body and my personal goal of being more flexible (overcoming issues related to tightness and bad posture) has improved. Ask for Jessica by name.

Jack Paleczny: Donovan is great! Awesome studio space that’s easy to find. Trust the process, the difference and confidence you’ll feel in a few classes is amazing. We did a 5 lesson series for a first dance and our skills are a night and day difference.
Dexter Wang: Top pro/am ballroom studio in the world.
Angelique Richardson: Great place for private dance lessons for your wedding. Also have pole dancing. Got lessons with Zeke and loved him!
Sodium Chloé: Great place for experienced pole dancers to become very skilled in their art. They love their fancy tricks, but don't worry, they advocate safety above all

Fly Together Fitness: what do users think?
Maya Dixon: I took intro to pole and had a great experience. More focus on warm up than the last two studios I’ve taken classes at, and a fun, high energy instructor who kept the class engaged and challenged
Suzanne Bryan: I was visiting from out of town and took Level 4 with Quinn! Such a great class. Quinn broke down all the moves and gave me awesome prep for twisted grip handsprings. I am looking forward to continuing to work on class content. The other students were very friendly and welcoming. I would take this class again (and likely will).
Brian Doyon: I had intro to pole class with Abby. She is very detail oriented and thorough in teaching how to safely grip the pole and stay in control when doing spins and sits on the pole. Highly recommend!Edit: it's been 1.5 years since I started pole at this studio and I still highly recommend. Great studio to learn beginner level up to advanced safely. Instructors are knowledgeable in physiology, promote safe training practices, and accommodate classes for variety of skillsets. There is also a huge variety of dance and tricks based classes to choose from.
rachael dewing: Awesome intro class with Quinn today. She taught a phenomenal foundation, with a great warm up. She spotted me so I could try a new thing. She caught me when I lost control, and gently guided me to the floor. Thanks for saving me from falling, giving us a great work out, and fun new moves!
Joyasha Johnson: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality,Value
Emily Kudla: For all classes I’ve been to, the instructors are knowledgeable and truly care about you and your progress. They have kept the studio meticulously clean and spaced out for Covid. My favorite thing about this studio is the way they make everyone feel welcome, which is, in my opinion, one of the most important things a pole studio can do. Classes are always challenging and exciting. I’ve been to pole studios in Boston and other cities, and I truly believe we are lucky to have this place in our community!
Maria Carmen Sanchez Guzman: Love love love fly together fitness. All classes are so much fun, and instructors are very nice and helpful. Highly recommended!!!!!
Stessy C.: Vibe/esthetic- 5 everything was so clean and contemporary and cool vibes.Poles- 5 poles were high enough I can do dramatics and I felt so secure and safe, no wobbles.Instructor- I was thought by most of the instructors at a previous studio but Rachel was attentive and clear. I recommend newbies to go and seasons ones to go back and polish your skills.
Sam Lauffer: Great introduction for a first timer. Highly recommend!

Chepsie Chumba (My gmail): My hero is Tibor. I ve been dancing for a few months and Tibor is a wonderful instructor. He instructs well, we laugh, And he reminds me the steps that I may have forgotten. I love SuperShag. My new family- so much love, hakuna matata for real.
Phile S: Love love Donovan!

Jordan Tirrell: Our instructor is great! He jumps right in and corrects us as we dance and keeps the lesson moving quickly. Fair prices and no bullshit (unlike some other studios...).
