Brianna Lynne: Don’t go to geek squad!Listen, I get I have an older laptop (2017), and I expressed to the worker that the laptop itself turns on with no issue but the screen is black, he told me he doesn’t have screens to replace my laptop since the brand I have doesn’t make laptops anymore, he didn’t even bother taking it to the back and opening it up to see if there’s cables lose or whatever, just shushed us off, didn’t recommend trying anything other than plugging it in to a monitor. Cut me off, didn’t listen to me. Won’t be coming back.
Akshay Vidwans: Sold me a open box tv and tech support membership for $4,000. It turned out to be defective upon delivery. Did not follow up on the issue on the issue. Did not provide a replacement under terms of the warranty or the tech support membership. Cancelled my order on their own behalf without sending me a refund. Just horrible.

If I wanted a new laptop, I would electronics review sites to see which current laptops were best, then I would go to Amazon or eBay and buy one. I have bought quite a few laptops this way. Best Buy didn't even carry the models I ended up buying in store. It's a good store to go look around. The prices are very close to MSRP, so if you want a discount on your preferred laptop, try eBay or maybe Amazon. Brick and Mortar stores are okay for some things.

Not only did he not help find what I was looking for, I was also looking for accessories but left because he made me feel very uncomfortable.

James Krikor: I was in the market for a Samsung watch and had my eyes on a galaxy watch 4 classic, so I went down the street to purchase one. I talked to the gentleman about it, and he recommended the new 5 pro. The battery life is a huge improvement from the last generation and advised me to go for the newer model. So I did, and I am a big fan of it! I never wear watches in general, but I think I am accustomed to it now.
Lisa Marcum: Used to hate having to go to Best Buy. You could NEVER find an employee to help you or had the time to answer questions. And I'm just not super tech savvy, so I found that incredibly frustrating. I understand somewhat when it's crazy busy mind you. But it was impossible to find an employee to help under any circumstances ever. For years it was like that at most locations, in my experience. But I have to say, the last several times I've been to this store in the last year or so it has been so much better overall. Especially when it's not too busy. Most of the employees, even the younger ones here are very helpful, easy to communicate with and best of all, available! What a relief. I used to be so stressed out just walking up to the store from the parking lot. It was that horribly frustrating. Next time I need to go there I can be more relaxed and have a more pleasant experience in general. A pretty great group of guys working there now. 👊Definitely recommend.

Raj S: If you're not a Computer Savy, Stay away from an Open Box Electronic Products.Recently I bought All in one Desktop from Best Buy Braintree. The website said "Open-Box Certified & Satisfactory". It also said "Any signs of use will not impact performance".Here is what I discovered when I brought the Computer home. The computer was in a regular Cardboard box. It had a label with my name on it, but the Product Detail label was completely for a different computer. Luckily the Computer was the one I wanted. Did not receive any paperwork including Warranty, Registering Computer, Manual or even a Receipt.Technical Part: The Computer Storage was supposed to be for 512 GB. When I turned on the computer, it only showed 265 GB available. (The System Files doesn't use 247 GB's.). The warranty was supposed to be for one year but it was expiring in two months. Had to call the Manufacture & was extended. The Wireless Keyboard/Mouse were supposed to be on a same USB Port but mine is using two different ports and that also different colors of White & Black when the Monitor is Silver.All of this should've been inspected prior. I still don't know what was certified and satisfactory to who! I did not return it, because the price was good and two stars of rating is for that.
Reviewer 51: I purchase an GE refrigerator. Paid for 5 year protection. During these 5 years we had to call them several times to come fix broken parts. The refrigerator ended up leaking and messing up our floor. Best Buy sent our damage claim to Sedgwick. They are horrible! It's been over a year of getting the roundabout and nothing is resolved. I have called Best Buy but they say it's not on them anymore. I have called/emailed over 50 times and nothing is getting resolved Becareful and ask who the protection company is or where they will send your claim of you ever have one. Never accept Sedgwick they are the worst.

john good family trust: I ordered a computer as well as a computer desk and signed up for their total tech service which was a few hundred dollars I had two separate deliveries one was for the computer setup that went fine but they were supposed to send me the computer desk and then install it put it together but twice now they canceled both appointments I've ordered this almost a month ago I'm still waiting for it I am very unhappy with the service lack of communication I've taken time off to be here for the delivery appointments they have a serious disregard for your time. I would recommend buying any type of desk or appliance at any other store other than Best buy.
