Four Seasons Hotel Boston: what do users think?
Alejandro D: I went for an appointment... and is a really nice place.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Andrew Anderson: Very nice place for our business conference. Rooms and staff are very nice. Make sure to check out the vault. It's a nice little hidden treasure.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Great view, Quiet …More
AALIS: Premium stay at great location. I got room with Boston park view, a great room. It is spacious, clean, and elegant.Surrounded with restaurants, cafe, convenience store, pharmacy, and shops in walking distance.
S D: Lovely hotel. I miss the restaurants there and Hope post construction it’ll be better than before.
Joe Enfield: , loved the hotel, staff was nothing but the best, also the room service food was A1 and I don't think I could have found her better hotel in the city.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Donny Dasilva: Very nice hotel
Yves Gagnon: The classical and typical "Four Seasons" At Boston or Montreal, the personal make you feel important. You are the star of the day. Highly recommended.
Kenny L: Everything is great, room, pool, gym, in room dinning and service. The only thing is they are renovating at the ground level. Love the vault.Rooms: The most quiet room I've ever been to, there is not a single thing that can create any noise, no clock, no fan. Every detail of the room is well thought and makes perfect sense.
Tim Ortez: Wow! Excellent accommodations and service. Rooms are fabulous. So many amenities included. Centrally located. Close to restaurants and shopping. Short walk from financial district too. The best in Boston.
Joelle O’Hagan: Wow! I can't even begin to describe how magical my wedding was at the Four Seasons Boston. It couldn't have been more perfect and all thanks to the amazing team onsite. Philip Deschamps is top notch. He is so easy to work with, friendly, passionate about what he does, has great suggestions and kept all of the vendors on task and on time. The team was so accommodating from the moment we booked with them. Everything went smoothly from the catering, rentals, décor, flow of events, room blocks, cocktail hour, morning after brunch, etc. They are true professionals, including the concierge, waitstaff, chef, valet, etc. The food was incredible! Our guests are still talking about how amazing our wedding weekend was and I'm so thankful for everyone at the hotel for making it the best day of our lives. There is nothing that I would change, and I can't wait to relieve it through our photography and videography!
Boston Golfer: No longer a 5 star. We used to come here often prior to the pandemic and this was our first visit afterwards. I called the reservations line to book a reservation and was placed on hold on multiple occasions and was never able to speak with a person. Therefore I booked a reservation online and was surprised that much of the property is under construction when we arrived. Guests should be informed of the limited services and construction on the website. Our room was also not ready when we arrived and there was really no sitting area or restaurant to wait. The suggestion was to wait upstairs in a ballroom filled with loud dehumidfiers and unfinished tables or upgrade to a presidents suite for an additional $2,500 per night. ??? The valet and foyer has been shrunken for construction, Bristol lounge is closed and lunch is currently not being served. The jacuzzi/hot tub by the pool was also closed due to leaks. We ordered room service several times and they either forgot an entree or the food was too salty on multiple occasions. The hotel overall feels tired and had I known, I would have tried the newer Four Seasons on Dalton street. This will no longer be our go-to staycation getaway in the city.
Justin Cook: Q: What is better than staying at the four seasons?A: Absolutely nothing!I mean, does your hotel even have “the vault”? No, I didn’t think so.

Georgia Van de Zande: We had our wedding reception at The Lenox in November, and it was amazing to spend the weekend there. Alison was wonderful to work with, and the Lenox package was exactly what we wanted. Alison was so accommodating with every idea that we had and anything we needed. She helped us have the celebration we were dreaming of. We wanted something unique, but didn’t want to put everything together from scratch, and that is exactly what we were able to get with the Lenox. All of our guests were impressed with the service and spaces. I stayed in the bridal suite the night before our wedding, and my girls and I had so much fun getting ready there in the morning. I highly recommend that! The entire team at the Lenox made us feel so special on our wedding weekend. Thank you! We also loved that they were very upfront with no hidden fees or anything. Highly recommend!

Anthony Castanon: A beautiful veneer on an older 1980s hotel. You can tell they have taken great effort to refresh the place. The aesthetic is absolutely gorgeous, but things fall apart when you look closely. We stayed in room 902. Our peephole in the door was missing, the shower is old, there's a toilet phone, there were uneven cuts of wallpaper. Things little things add up and remind you this hotel is a refresh, and you can never patch all the holes in an older structure.
J L: I stay here every time I have business at Copley. Clean, great staff, very convenient. Mattresses are great, Wifi and streaming to TVs is simple, great bars and restaurants on premises, and a very well-appointed gym. Pretty decent coffee in the morning. The rooms are a little on the small side but comfy and the prices are very good compared to similar quality hotels in the area.
Jacob Stanton: I was rear ended by one of there company cars and injured, the insurance information that i was given was lapsed, so I call to get current insurance information And anyone I spoke to was rude and would not provide me with the correct insurance information. Not sure if they don't have insurance and that's why so I would be careful staying here as I'm not sure what the deal is with their insurance

The Liberty, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Boston: what do users think?
Erin C: Meh and you will starve. Only option for room service is to call operator at front desk. Then, they lose your order and you wait hours for food. Menu not great and WAY behind times with no allergy free options. Cool when it opened muh-may-b but it’s a has been. Starve like your in jail. Woooohooo

Riley Blizard: I have stayed here at the Liberty Hotel several times. The most recent but terrible experience happened to be a long stay. The day we checked in the front desk personnel notified us that we were upgraded to a suite because of our titanium elite status. Well the room was on the main level over the loading dock area that was very loud. The main issue was that the toilet would start bubbling up whatever the rooms above us were putting down there shower or bathtub or toilet drains. One day we woke up after contacting the front desk that the toilet was bubbling up and yellowish colored suds were developing and pouring on to the bathroom floor. They came and fixed the toilet and told me not to worry it wouldn’t happen again. Well less than 12 hours later, that night the same issue but this time even worse there was so much water and other disgusting unsanitary matter on the floor I asked them to come again for the fourth time on day 3 of my stay. This time I was notified by a maintenance staff member that this had been a known issue for this room recently and that he even was surprised they put anyone in the room. I demanded the front desk to change rooms. I was denied as they said the hotel was at full occupancy. I asked for them to make accommodations for me else where and yet again I was still denied. They told me it was their busiest night. There firm Many hours later still no resolution other than the maintenance person being in my room trying to snake the toilet for 2-3 hours straight being in the room until just past 11:00 PM trying different things. He thought he had fixed it. I had asked the front desk to have all new towels brought and for someone to clean the floor as I it smelt from the overflow and I felt was unsanitary. They said they sent someone but I clearly could tell no one had come other than the new towels but the used ones were still there. The very next morning the same issue at 7:00 AM. I finally couldn’t handle it anymore. I went to the front desk and spoke with a different manager that next morning. He stated he could switch rooms for me and it wouldn’t be an issue. He said to give him until 11:00 AM to switch the room and I asked that he make note of this on my file as I have pictures along with videos of what took place. He stated he was sorry and that the manager the previous night could’ve moved me to another room but chose not too. This was beyond appalling and disgusting. I was really disappointed by the front desk staff especially the manager the night I originally asked for an new room. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. The unsanitary part was beyond what anyone should have to deal with for a such an expensive hotel. The Room was very unsanitary and disgusting. Especially because of the backups happening from the rooms above us through our toilet.Safety: The unsanitary situation wasn’t safe!
Lucas Guinet: Amazing experience!Friendly staff, impeccable rooms. But what made up our stay was the atmosphere at the lobby bar and throughout their restaurants.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More

Jenelle Cameron: Stayed here for the marathon 2023. Fabulous place - great location and service.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Doug Dillmuth: It's an old jail converted to a hotel. Super cool building. Really good food and hotel bar. So we were there for the purpose of the Boston marathon. For 99% of the rooms, this would not be an issue. Apparently on Saturday night, the hotel bar turns into a full club. This was an issue because our room was on the interior lobby wall. The room literally shook until 2 AM and the bathroom mirror was vibrating and almost fell off the wall from the bass and the music. Could not sleep at all. They gave us half off the room for the night for the inconvenience which was fair. They didn't do the lobby club thing on Sunday night. Room was nice. Linens and towels were changed every day and bed made and a lot of places don't do that anymore. Towels were Holiday Inn quality, not luxury quality. The televisions aren't smart TVs which is surprising so not Netflix access so bring a roku or firestick. The in room snacks and drinks are not priced to sell. They are priced so you wouldn't dare open a beer. $10 M&M's, $7 can of Coke, $9 Michelob Ultra? Who's buying that? You could get a craft beer and a nearby bar for far less. Great location. Clean room.
Ayzik Kk: Fun to visit, great service and locationRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
David Kaufman: Always fun to stop by while visiting the city to have a drink and see this place. I seem to see something new every time.
Gaby Dubuc: Un peu cher mais tellement bien situé
Ms Berries: The restaurants were 5-star (Scampo and Clink). The food was delicious as were the food and drinks in the hotel lobby. The rooms were a teeny bit old but were cleaned so very well. But my main reason for the 5-star rating is THE STAFF. Every employee from the valets, to the wait staff at the restaurants and lobby, to the front desk, to housekeeping were AMAZING. Every last one of the employees was genuinely friendly and helpful. They were engaging and so very kind. We never once had to chase anyone down. They were all so attentive and absolutely PERFECT. Never in all my travels have I ever encountered a hotel staff that was so world class in terms of personality, skill, professionalism, and friendliness. We asked for extra sets of bath towels and they were at our door in 5 minutes. The wait staff at one point had 4 servers for us who kept checking on us, and they were so much fun. Blown away. We'll definitely be going back. I highly recommend The Liberty Hotel Boston!Rooms: Beautiful and lots of characterNearby activities: Shopping and grocery, pharmacy nearby also walking distanceWalkability: Minutes away via walking from TD GardenFood & drinks: Superb
Curtis Newcomer: Concierge team provided excellent service. Matt and Mark went above and beyond the call of duty. I highly recommend this hotel.Noteworthy details: Great service and follow up
Ruben Escano Jr: My stay at The Liberty was fantastic. I took a weekend trip to Boston in January. The hotel was unique, eye-catching, and all-around an enjoyable stay. The room and decor were amazing, and the view was top notch. Everything was clean and housekeeping was amazing. I really pay attention to the overall quality of the room in hotels where i go: baseboards were straight, door jambs were perfect, grout was clean in the bathroom, lighting was perfect (except for one reading light that was out on the bed frame, but i did not care much for that), and the furniture seemed new.Room service was perfect (had it two nights in a row). The main lobby serves as a lounge on weekends. I think this was rather neat, but overall not really my scene. The noise did not reach the room, which i greatly appreciated.I only had two complaints about The Liberty:The host at check in seemed more interested in the live lounge than in checking me in.The lounge made getting in/out/around the first floor a pain. The floor was overcrowded and it ruined the ambiance of the hotel for me. But others really seemed to enjoy it.I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and i will definitely be returning. I would give the hotel a 4.5/5. If you like a lounge/night club within a few feet of your room out of convenience, then i would definitely rate this a 5/5 for you (seriously the rooms seemed soundproof).
Kirin Ek: Would not recommend, highly regret choosing for birthday getaway. Rooms and bathrooms were not well maintained, good & rooms overpriced.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 4/5 …More

Michael Nam-Krane: My wife and I went here for our 30th Anniversary. I know this is a pricey hotel but it's worth it! I looked around all over Boston for the perfect room. Only the Four Seasons on Dalton Steet has them. I have never fallen asleep in a bathtub until now. The room was spacious, clean and charming in a modern way. The staff was super nice and professional. If you can spring the price tag, this is the place to stay in Boston.
Dario Camacho: This the only way to describe it, The best of the best.Everything was perfect, service was unique and dedicated, location is awesome, views are astonishing and worth a visit as long as you can.I belive if not mistaken probably the best hotels in the entire world, I want to visit them all and enjoy all the amenities and service it brings to you.Hopefully I can comeback soon

Daniel Marder: Exceptional in every way. I would live here if I could. Modern and fresh. Great staff, Great attitudes, lovely location, Superb restaurants on location. Love the tea, Love the Brunch, Love the Isakia! What's not to love, they treat you like they actually care about you from the moment you park with the valet. Please Tip everyone here very well they are a rare breed!Nearby activities: Close to BSO, Northeastern, Christian Science Church complex.Safety: Area is secureWalkability: Can walk to BSO through the passage way to the mall at northeastern off the street.Food & drinks: Very nice restaurants located on premisesNoteworthy details: Top luxurious accommodation with dining worth exploring.

Jacob Poliskin: I am not one to leave a ton of reviews but this was a pretty crummy experience. The massage for 50 minutes that I asked the concierge to book me ended up being $265 dollars (crazy?), the view was not great, there was no iron in the hotel room, the breakfast options were overpriced. Food was subpar at best. The staff was great so I don't fault any of them, just not anywhere close worth to the price paid for staying here
PA_ resident: Staying at the hotel is a mixed bag. Good location, nice hotel room, but the amenities are limited. Room service was spotty, and if you want a cup of tea or a glass of wine, much of the day you are limited to room service.

Evil With An O: Me & my boyfriend stayed here for nye weekend. The bed is probably the most complete bed i have slept in 2022. In roomService is excellent, decent food. Everyone is pretty sweet. For the reason i took off a star, is because i have confirmed upon arrival that they have EV charger for my car. When i hand the car key to the valet, i requested again for my car to be charge, second day, i still doesnt see my car being charge, so i contact via the tablet again requesting my car to be charge. 2 hours later, still not being charge. Luckily, i didnt plan to go out, as i made a reservation to dine in Zuma only. After the 4th time contacting the front desk, my car is finally being charged. Also, the dog bed they provided, looks wear & tear. I am a bit surprise, as this is a 5 star hotel. However, my dog was in love with our bed in the hotel and seems to enjoy it a lot.So yeah, overall, it’s a great first time with 4 season. We will definitely check out another Four season location in the future. And thank you again four season. :)
Jenn Tran: Really poor service. Concierge staff is all over the place without continuity between day and night shifts. The hotel itself is nice enough but this is not four seasons service quality.
Shawn McGrath: Definitely an amazing hotel. Great for a night in the city and to get away.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Great view, Romantic, Quiet, High-tech …More
Vikas: My wife and I came there for a weekend with our newborn and their team was on top of it! I don’t think we waited more than a 2-3 mins for anything we needed for our soon. I’d you have a newborn, have no fear the four seasons is here!Thx folks, we enjoyed our stay very much!
Ghalib Zamir: Not sure if it’s worth the price tag! Stayed here for one night, it’s a great hotel, right in the Center of Boston and close to everything. Had no issues during the stay, but I wasn’t at the hotel too much to fully enjoy the amenities included. So if you’re paying the premium price to stay at the beautiful hotel, make sure to advantage of some of things they offer. I wish I got to try them so I can leave a full review. The hotel otherwise was great. Clean, spacious, felt new, etc! But not sure if I would personally stay here again.
Khan Family: Service at this hotel needs some serious work. We requested some of the amenities they have listed on their website for kids well in advance of our arrival and were assured they would be in the room. When we arrived they weren't there so we requested them again several times and each time were assured it would be taken care of and it never was. In addition we were charged for breakfast when we shouldn't have been. I inquired about the breakfast and was told someone would follow up and of course they never did.

Gayle Piraino: My husband and I wanted a quick yet special overnight to celebrate our 42nd wedding anniversary. We did not want to travel far, board a plane, etc. and decided on Boston. We chose the Ritz based on it's great location (adjacent to the Boston Common, Theatre District, close to the North End and Back Bay). We have stayed at this hotel a few times...and also had memorable stays dating back to their old Newbury St. corner location too (across from Public Garden)! We were warmly greeted in advance of our stay by Ryan McDonnell, Concierge who offered to help me make plans and reservations, thank you Ryan! When we arrived, Kenny was right there at the front door welcoming us. Front desk acknowledged my Lifetime Bonvoy Titanium Ambassador status and provided us a room upgrade that overlooked the common. We reserved a Club Level room and enjoyed our snacks and beverages there with Tony and others. Food at Artisan Bistro was excellent, thank you Nicole for your special touches. Enjoyed the Equinox Health Club access and also our massages (Ali did a phenomenal job!).Also want to mention and thank The Ladies and Gentlemen of The Ritz Carlton Boston for your hand written welcome note, anniversary good wishes and surprise/delight gift in our room, much appreciated and we really enjoyed! This is a well run property and thank you for a most memorable stay!
T M: DO NOT TRUST THE CONCIERGE! Excellent hotel but I will not stay here again. I had one serious issue which is the cause for my rating. The concierge referred me to an outside party for an experience that was clearly a scam. Fortunately I did not lose any money or waste any time, but I could easily have lost close to $2,000 had I fallen for it, and would likely never have gotten what was being promised. A hotel like the Ritz should know better than to refer their guests to local travel experiences that are not verified as credible.
Lauren Morgan: Our visit to this establishment was truly enjoyable, situated in a superb location with breathtaking scenery. The vast array of exceptional beers was impressive, and our amazing waitress provided top-notch service. We savored a mouthwatering steak and cheese, pleasantly surprised by the swift arrival of our food amidst the lively ambiance. We look forward to returning to this delightful spot in the near future.
rich: Some of the Ritz locations have not held up to the brand but this isn’t one of them. Excellent friendly staff, great amenities, clean rooms (unfortunately not a given these days) and great location.Notably, this location partners with the Equinox Sports Club which is probably the most impressive “gym” facility I’ve ever seen in or outside of a hotel.Honestly the more I look around the more great details there are. This is a true 5 star hotel and other Ritz locations should take notes. Instead of a bare concrete roof they seeded it for flowers (spring so nothing yet in pic). The alarm clock is also a Bluetooth speaker. Everything is great. I heard a couple blasting music at 2am and singing from the hallway (nbd I’ve been guilty) but once in my room I couldn’t hear a peep.Fantastic hotel! Even by Ritz standards.
Kunal Jagota: Terrible stay at the Ritz in Boston, and I am not generally one to complain. The showers give ice cold water for the first few minutes of the shower. The rooms do not have a functioning fridge, a stocked mini bar or a coffee machine - all things even the basic Marriott hotels would have. I asked for a plate to be brought up to eat my dinner and was told that there would be service charges. There also isn’t a gym on site, and you’d thing after spending $500 on a room that you’d have that for free. Instead you are charged $15 to use the neighbouring equinox.Lastly, on checkout I thought I’d tell the concierge. The gentlemen accepted no responsibility and was very rude and hostile. He didn’t accept or apologize for any of these issues. The staff need training on how to address complaints and not make their guests feel like it was there fault for deciding to stay at the hotel.I will never be back at this property, and I hope this helps others looking for where to stay.
Kat Wilson: This was the worst experience for myself and my partner. He was harassed in the lobby. Not sure if they thought we were too poor to be there smh. This is why ppl hate coming to Boston. I will never set foot in that hotel and I will advise my brides to stay away. In all my years of working bridal parties Ive never had an experience like this. The latent racism must stop!
Shosha Green: After an extremely long day at Brigham and Women’s, and worst week of my life, the Ritz put a smile on my face. I don’t think I had smiled in a week. They went above and beyond in many ways, the upgrade to the suite was unbelievable. I will never forget your kindness at such a low point in my life. My husband and I visit Boston often and we hope to be back soon, under different circumstances. Thank you so much for the incredibly comfortable stay, I have no words to really show how I that made me feel.
Ben Hotelling: Had an amazing weekend getaway. Hotel was super quiet at night. Service was outstanding! They went above and beyond at every turn for me, including the kids we left at home for the weekend.
Pat Bailey: The location of this hotel is excellent, and the service is unparalleled! The room manager, concierge, and doorman are outstanding. We have never experienced such exceptional service. The rooms are not up to the Ritz Carlton standard but the location and service makeup for it.

Glen: This place needs a face lift. The tub was peeling it's coating. Wall paper peeling on the walls. Food from the Market was old and cold with soggy fries.Rooms: 2/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Steven Lawrence: No air conditioning and room is an oven at night. $40 and a 20 minute wait to pick up a package shipped to the hotel. Valet parking takes forever. Mobile key never worked. Long black hair in the tub on arrival. Never coming back to this hotel.
M A: Good location , friendly reception. Room cleanliness not that good.Rooms: Rooms furniture old need to be updated and cleanliness of room was not good. Found hair on my bed sheets.Rooms: 2/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Sashi Niranjan Nair: Would be a 2 star dumpy highway side hotel except for the location. Rooms are poorly maintained and outdated, particularly the bathrooms. Pool is nice but again in need of maintenance. The only reason they can charge their rate is because of the location and attachment to a conference center (they probably know most of their guests are not paying and employers will foot the bill)
Ron Whiting: It’s ok. Overall good service with one exception. But this is a tired property. I asked for a better room because ours was so small and dark but they weren’t very helpful because I think all of the rooms are similar. Would not stay here again. If I needed to be close to the convention center I would look at the Hilton across the street or other nearby choices.
Michael Zeman: Great location for everything Boston.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Great view, Kid-friendly …More
Dai Kerien: I loved this hotel! The tap water ran both cold and hot when needed. Rooms were clean. Air-conditioning worked fast. And the vent did a great job getting steam out of bathroom when 4 ppl showered back to back. Simple things made us very happy.Food & drinks: Lots of good food near because the main street is about a 10 min walk.
Alberto Passetti: Albergo ottimamente posizionato. Camere grandi un po' datate e trascurate ma confortevoli. Incomprensibile il servizio di wi-fi, con addebiti fasulli che poi ti rimborsano
Acci Mexico: Excelente servicio, muy buena ubicacion
Andy Decky: Big hotel with huge lobby. There is a market and different shop in the same building witch is very helpful.Nearby activities: Different type of attractions nearby.Walkability: Walkable to many restaurants and shops in Boston.
Jennifer G: This hotel is commonly used for meetings. In fact, I have 2 meetings using this hotel this year. While in a great location to food and shopping, the attitude of the front desk staff is always a hit or miss - and mostly a miss. Both on the phone and in person, I have had the pleasure of dealing with incompetent and unprofessional individuals. One recognized he had made an error and apologized. The other staff member on the phone (“Beryl”) was rude and unprofessional. The rooms are decent size, but the bathroom space is ridiculously small. Overall, the staff members need some serious training in professionalism and hospitality. Sheraton was so much better before they merged with Marriott.

Loews Boston Hotel: what do users think?

Harry Nguyen: I would have gave the hotel 5 stars if the hotel didn't want to charged me $8 for a FIJI water bottle and or provided me a kettle and tea bags. I don't understand what the hotel owners think, they ruined hotel's reputation just because of a bottle water. I and my colleagues booked this hotel and now everyone among us makes a joke about paying $300 per night for a room but still need to pay extra $8 for a water bottle. Even motels give out complimentary water bottles. In additional, they gave me a room with a clogged sink, though after calling front desk and got the issue resolve, I didn't expect to get a clogged sink for the price I had to pay. I will be hesitant if I need to book this hotel again.Reply hotel's reply: If you mean "complimentary water" is going down to the lobby and filling water bottles yourself then I have nothing to say. I've stayed at dozen of hotels all over the world and "complimentary water" means at least 2 complimentary water bottles inside the room per day.
Bobby Freda: The hotel itself was nice, but the hospitality was not.I called days before our reservation for my girlfriend’s birthday. I spoke to Joseph on the phone (assistant manager at the front desk). I let him know about it, and requested anything they could do that would make it more special. After hearing his condescending tone of voice, I felt he was considering the request unimportant. He laughed under his breath at my request very clearly. But I guess it was my mistake for not checking back with another employee.Joseph said he would have champagne put in the room, and then rushed me off the phone with that same tone of voice. When we get there, there was nothing special or different at all from what a normal stay would have been. And that would have been fine had Joseph not lied to me.Following our visit, I brought this to his attention over a phone call. He suggested I call days in advance…which I did. Then he continued to say I should have ordered something from a third party outside the hotel…which I would have had he been honest with me when I first called him.All-in-all, he had every excuse in the book for why he hadn’t taken my request seriously. Joseph should not be working in hospitality. He is ill-equipped to deal with customer concerns, lacks honesty, and dropped the ball on a very simple request.
A Bother: Really no better deal in back bay. The hotel has changed hands a few times, but it's never a disappointment.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Amanda Huynh-Liggs: Well appointed hotel location. The rooms are showing some wear (headboards are pleather and peeling) and I found a lump of hair slapped against the shower stall, implying it wasn't thoroughly by house keeping.Beds are very comfortable, pillows are too soft but very abundant.Staff is friendly, and the decor is modern. At that price point, I'd have been better off paying a bit more for the kimpton. If you score a deal, then stay. My Expedia status provided a food credit and free upgrade, otherwise it probably would've been over priced.
Alin Bennett: One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in at the price point. I was pleasantly surprised by the service, quality of rooms, and the restaurant. I will definitely be staying here when I work in Boston!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Jada Kissi: I loved my experience here. The staff was super friendly, from the bellhops to check in staff and the restaurant/wait staff. Everyone was so accommodating. The environment is also classy and clean. I was with friends in the restaurant and had drinks and service in the lounge. Our room and bathroom was clean and cute. I definitely recommend it and would like to visit it again.
Clark Miranda: Beautiful hotel, nice location, parking overpriced. We parked next door at another hotel for half the price
