William Edgecomb: Horrible customer service. I tried for four weeks to get into the showroom. First I called and left a message. Then I called the US sales office and they gave me an email address to reach the Boston showroom. I didn't get any response. I called the US office again a few more times trying to get someone from the Boston office to call me. I was promised multiple times someone would call. I was also given specific reps to call with their extensions. I called and left messages. No response. At one point a rep from the US sales office told me I wasn't successful because I must not have seemed mad enough. Eventually I decided Humanscale wasn't worth my business and in the end I purchased a desk from iMovR and a chair from Lifeform.

Edward Keefe: So the office chairs are expensive, no other way to say it. But... You get what you pay for.I have been researching these chairs for a very long time and wanted an Aeron or Embody, but needed to sit and try them before spending this kind of money. Krysten helped me, showed me all the features and really helped me make my choice. Going into this I wanted the Embody, but thanks to the experience of sitting in them and working with Krysten we chose an Aeron.If you are considering a Herman Miller, go in person.

Travis Buono: I ordered a desk on March 15,2023. The item arrived defective. I attempted to work with the customer service team. At first they requested the item be shipped back but there were barriers. The solution agreed upon was replacement parts. The replacement parts were not shipped. After time passing I contacted customer service again. I was told I was receiving a whole new item instead, but no one updated that information to me. That item never shipped. I called them back again asking about the shipping issue and I was told I would be receiving a refund expected by 4/26 because it could not be sent. Once again, I never heard anything further. I called again today 5/2 to follow-up since I did not receive a refund. I was told the last resolution was cancelled and no one from the company contacted me yet again to resolve the issue/case.I have now been told I was now told I would "have to start the entire customer service process over again at the first step".It's been nearly 2 months and I still do not have a non-defective product nor refund. I have tried to compromise, I have given 5-10 days between each step to create a resolution, but at this point I am being told different steps or resolutions that do not happen repeatedly each time I call. I have requested recordings and notes be checked, but those requests are refused.
Carol de Lyon: Bought pillowcases that were absolute trash and then was refused a return voucher. I will be contacting corporate headquarters as well as filing a complaint with the BBBNJ and the Attorney General’s Division of Consumer Affairs.

Teresa McCormack: I had a couch scheduled and confirmed for delivery today. I have someone waiting for 4 hours for a delivery that never arrives. When I call the delivery person, no answer but I get a text back saying he doesn’t have my item on the truck. Tracking confirms it is on his truck for delivery. He advised me to call Wayfair which I did and spoke with Chantelle. Chantelle offers to cancel my order and states I will receive a full refund. I then received an email stating my refund was being processed less a $140 return shipping fee. I question the return shipping fee and am told by Kianna that it’s a standard rerouting fee! Again, this is for an item that I never received and was never advised by Chantelle that I would incur this fee. Kianna investigates and comes back to tell me that Chantelle said our call was disconnected! This is a lie! And now I am out $140 for something I never laid eyes on. Buyer beware and stay clear of Wayfair unless you don’t mind being ripped off. Essentially, Wayfair stole money right out of my pocket!

April Surin: I purchased a console table from Wayfair on February 26. It had an estimated delivery of March 1. On March 7. I reached out to see why it hadn’t shipped yet and nobody could figure it out. They said they would open an investigation and get it figured out and reach out back to me within 24 hours. Crickets. Two days later I contacted them again and just canceled it. Weeks later and about 30 email exchanges and four phone calls I still don’t have a refund from them. They literally took my money and didn’t give me the product. And now they just can’t figure out a refund for this. Nobody there can help me. It’s criminal. I can’t believe such a well-known company like this. Feels comfortable doing this to a consumer. I caution consumers to refrain from purchasing.
Jacob Lederer: Bought an outdoor patio dining set from Wayfare including the extended service plan for five years. These photos are from less than a year later. Wayfair is refusing to do anything as it is outside of their policy window. The extended service plan does not cover manufacturer defect and has declined the claim with first customer service is refusing to stand by the product and said that it only has a 30 day Warranty. Terrible customer service, and they lie through their teeth about the protection plans.
Bonnie Drolet: I recently purchased my 1st and only wayfair order. I needed to return a few items, which should have been simple. Instead, it was 2 weeks of lengthy phone calls, and many emails. Each time, I received conflicting instructions for my returns. With persistence, I was able to make the returns and get credited correctly. The items I purchased were nice, but make sure you really want what you are thinking of buying from wayfair because returns are a nightmare!
Angelo Katiforis: Wayfair should not be your go to place for reliable service! I would highly recommend to go to the well known stores home depot lowes ect. wayfair will set you up with vendors that will let you down. Do not count on them getting what you paid for to you on expected delivery date! maybe they will get a quarter of the parts you need delivered. They delivered a bathroom vanity without the sink and quartz top and back splash just the vanity i have contractors coming with nothing to install. wayfair says i would have to wait 3 weeks to get the missing parts. I have never had this happen with real companies like home depot and lowes. i would avoid at all costs i can assure you i will never shop with them again unless its for something insignificant!
Natasha Simon: I received a full size bed on January 27th. As I was pitting it together, I noticed the slates were pulling apart. Contacted them for replacement after sending pictures in that were requested. The next day, I got a denial email because the product was out of stock. Called and was discounted 10% to purchase some of my own. That was done in February. Called back a day or 2 later because I realized I don’t have blocks for the footboard and extra ones for the siding. Now here we are on March 3rd and 5 escalation calls and claims later and I STILL DONT HAVE ANY SOLUTION TO MY PROBLEM. Requested a pickup and return on my last call and was told they can’t do anything because the resolution team his my claim and I can’t speak to anyone in that department and the usual wait 24-48 hours for someone to contact me and NOBODY is yet to call. It will definitely be the first and last time I personally purchase anything from here. I have a bed I can’t use and I can’t get a refund because reasons beyond me.

I order a wardrobe on Feb 9, it was delayed two times and now it says May 10, that’s ridiculous, when I called the CSR said that website didn’t upload the information, and now what? She returned the money and is that it? I have all the clothes on the floor waiting for the furniture because I moved and they just cancelled and no customer care? Looks like the moving stress was not enough… How could that be a FAIR way? Simon Spiers: No good. Don't trust them. I should have read the reviews first. I have been lied to by three different people in this process which has the delivery extended out well over a 2 month. Now they will not cancel & refund. I have to go through my credit card even though I was warned by wayfair if I contest the charge they will drag their feet on the refund & I will have to wait 90 days.
Larry Pioli: Second time I have had an issue with large items. This was the last straw!! Ordered a large outdoor grill island that was on sale. After it did not arrive (or any correspondence), I called and was assured the item was on way by a “bill of lading” (a very legal trucking and logistics document)..was told a couple days more…first lie, called after more time and no shipment receipt. Told again it was in transit, lie #2. Called a third time and they said it was “lost” so they re orderedit for me. Again, after delivery window not met called, SAME EXACT STORIES started, lies 3, 4, 5. Finally got transferred to upper customer service and was told that there was PLENTY of inventory and they would get to the bottom of this. After NO CALL BACK on the day I was supposed to get a call (lie 6), I called again Now story changes, can’t find it, no one knows anything!!?? Company that supplies it has left their system without any notice, no one has ever seen this before, blah, blah….SO, after having my money for weeks the only thing they will do (forget about all the time, construction of an area to fit the item per their measurements and aggravation), they inform me I am getting a refund and I get transferred to someone that was going to “take care of me”….after finding the SAME item by supposedly another supplier I am then informed it will cost $2300 MORE!!!!!BUYER BEWARE….does this sound like “ bait and switch” to anyone?! I intend to follow up by getting to someone at corporate office in Boston, this is NOT going away by itself.

Very sadly, I've learned the hard way that their claims of wanting to satisfy their customers and do a good job are a mere facade. They don't deserve your money. However, it's locked in glass cases (to keep the inventory in stock, sure) but you have to ring for help because there are never any associates around to unlock the case. Went this morning and the help buttons didn't seem to be working. Found an associate who didn't have the key but radioed for someone to come with a key. Ten minutes later, nobody showed up. Disappointing to say the least.
