The Tone Loft: what do users think?
J.T. Helms: I was looking for a new apartment in the area and came across this place as a recommendation from my last complex. I had the pleasure of speaking with Victoria throughout the experience. She was very nice, patient with me and all my questions, and kept me up to date with what was going on. Although I ultimately did not end up going with this complex, I loved everything about it and wish I would've been able to sign. Thanks again, Victoria!!
Cindy Wanjiru: If your into high ceilings & space go for it. Were do I begin with the hidden fees that are not explained to tenants via email at time of notice. Be prepared at move out to be charged a prorated amount even after giving them your notice. Secondly, I left before the 30 days and they charged me one month of parking when I was not even parking there & rent as if I was still there. The one star is for the leasing department and there failure to communicate. Things should be made clear for people if yall are going to Charge " Please" list it clearly with the prices so we are aware.Be Warned: if you do not return their plastic parking pass, keys ect. you will be charged alot for it. The plastic parking pass is equal to an entire months parking fee so if you pay for parking pay attention!
Greg Chaplin: Super helpful and friendly front office staff! I made an error with my move-in time and they made sure I was taken care of and moved in smoothly!
Garrett Sullivan: I live here currently and pay 2100 a month for rent. My ac currently works half the time, the elevator doesn’t work, and the doors on the first floor doesn’t open. Wouldn’t recommend. Below is a picture of my ac unit which hasn’t worked in about 2 months even though maintenance says nothings wrong
Matthew Roberts: I have been here for a year and a half. I live in loft 71. Victoria is a phenomenal leasing manager. She’s also an amazing person in general. Moving across the country to an unseen unit is extremely nerve racking. However, she kept us up to date every step of the way. Sending photos of similar units to see the concept. While also sending updated photos of our specific unit as it was being flipped for us. If repairs are needed they’re don’t quickly and efficiently. If it was possible, I’d give Victoria 10 stars.
michelle5321: I've almost been here for a year so this is a well experienced review. The apartments are beautiful, amenities are great , the most important of anything is that the office that handles my every request is 10/10 Victoria Callihan has been so accommodating. She makes my living here feel like a breeze. Maintenance wow..when i say they all are fantastic, I mean it!! ALL of them are super amazing , they even come with treats when they work in my apartment to give to my temperamental pup , who loveees them. Loft 27 put into prospective what property management should look like and you will not find a better attention anywhere. I'm fortunate to have landed in loft 27. Thank you all !!!
Nancy Lee: Leasing staff has been very helpful especially Victoria from the very beginning! Apartment is very spacious, amenities are nice to have as well and maintenance has been awesome when needed
Rene Martinez: I’ve lived here for 1.5 years. I would say it decent place . The apartment are spacious but it’s long building and if you live in the back be prepare for a walk . There isn’t enough parking spaces for all the tenants and they don’t paint the lines and sometimes causes difficulty to park because they don’t park correctly. Victoria is a very nice leasing manager.
Xavier Cummings: This stars in this review are specifically given for how great my experience has been with one of the staff members that has been making our time at 27 Loft a wonderful stay. Victoria Callihan has been supporting us since before we moved in and she has made every day she works there absolutely fabulous. She always greets with a friendly smile and goes the extra mile to ensure that any problems, concerns, or needs are addressed. She never makes a person feel as though they are one of hundreds of residents, as far as I know she is our personal concierge lol. I can’t thank her enough for help with packages, communications, maintenance, rent, facilities, and recommendations. She is the go to for everything. Thank you so much for your dedication to the residents, you have made this experience great- so much so that if anything were to happen to you I think we would have to leave the complex, its that big of a difference. 5/5 stars, would highly recommend. As far as the rest of the complex goes, the rent is 3/5 stars, its average for what you get. The apartments are very nice, the ceilings are incredible, but the value is average. Rent continues to go up even though there is a serious amount of inflation going on. I mean c’mon, not this year. The facilities are nice, its in a good location to walk to just about anything needed. 4/5 stars here. There is a gym and a community center, but in the time I’ve lived there, there have never been any pool balls for the table, and the communal area/ theater has been closed or unavailable. Looking forward to see if this improves.
Craig Miles: Becca is a rock star. I have been frantically looking for a place to live while trying to move from California and she was so kind and patient with me. She has an amazing attitude and was very courteous. She also knew the answer to all my zany questions. My wife and I look forward to living somewhere with employees like Becca.
Sofia Rios: This review is for the customer service, not the apartments themselves. I haven't rented a unit from this location yet but I have been working with their leasing consultant, Victoria Callihan, for a week now. I am relocating from Houston to Boston area for my job. Victoria has been extremely patient and helpful - providing floor plan options, answering my many questions and even providing three virtual tours via Facetime. As a customer service professional myself, I truly value her pleasant and helpful demeanor and all of her extra efforts.
Katarina Jesson: I Lived In 27 Jackson St Loft Lowell MA 01852 APT 436. My Lease Ended August 31st 2021. I Had Put My Furniture Outside The Elevators & Arranged Movers To Come Pick Up The Furniture On August 31st. Some Of The Furniture Was Going To Storage - While The Rest Was Being Thrown Away. Today I Had My Cousin Drop Off Our Keys In Our Apartment. & He Informed Me That ALL Of My Furniture Was THROWN Back Into The Apartment. Damaged & Just Tossed In. The Leasing Department Entered My Home WITHOUT My Permission!!! Not One Phone Call Or Email Before Or After They Entered My Home - They Had Damaged My Items & Just Threw Them Into My Apartment. Than When I Asked The Leasing Department To Arrange For Them To Remove It For Me Seem The Movers I Had Already Had Paid Left - They Said It'd Be 150$ PER Item. Now I Had To Arrange Movers Again & Pay Them AGAIN To Remove These Items - And Now Throw Out ALL My Furniture Because They Had Damaged My Property. Do Not Rent From There's People. It's Not Worth 2,500$ A Month.Leasing Department Names ; Victoria Callihan - Sara Young - BettyBefore & After Pictures
Leslie Tejeda: I moved to Lowell last year during Covid in 2020. I’m originally from Boston. Living in loft 27 for the first time was truly an amazing experience! The office made the moving process easy from the move in and move out date. I never had any complaints, but if I did, maintenance was a call or click away. They have a portal you can log onto to see what’s going on in the building and community itself. You can also pay your rent through the portal as well as put in an order for maintenance. The women in the office were always welcoming, happy and friendly!! They are also available for all your needs and will work through anything you may need. It was a great experience living there! I loved and will miss my loft! Thank you loft 27!!
Kim L: Great and beautiful apartments! Maintenance & leasing team are awesome! Kudos to Ryan Cote in maintenance department and Ketie Esitashvili in leasing. Always been super helpful and caring when in need of assistance:)
melia dad: Maintenance stole my bike and sons bike.
Jayson: Please, just don’t . You deserve better . At least for your money! It’s just bad . Like really bad . I want to save you , no one saved us ...
Amit Rajput: Fine print, lot's of additional charges.Pro- Bful building and location.- People who run it are very nice.Cons- Lot of gotcha, after the expensive rent.- Parking isn't included, separate.- They said heat and hot water are included but there is a very big catch there. The more you use, the higher your electric bill. First electric bill was $400, and it's only November.- Apartment facilities are mostly for vanity, the gym is meehhh, if you want to access yoga studio you need to ask key every time.
Alyssa Parker: It was such a joy living in this apartment complex for 2.5 years. They are so spacious and you really can't beat the high ceilings and insanely large windows. The staff is pretty great. The maintenance team responds quickly. My only complaints are that there was not a light in the master bedroom. And my husbands bike was stolen while it was locked up on the bike rack in the stairwell.
Vanessa Ramos: The apartment is beautiful and my daughter loves living here. The staff is always helpful and so nice here.
Christina Bigelow: We love it at Loft 27! The staff is so nice and helpful! Our apartment is gorgeous and spacious- we don’t want to live anywhere else.
Dana Wonder: I have lived at Loft 27 for four years. The apartments are spacious and well kept. The front office has always taken time to assist me, especially Ms. Ketie Esitashvili, who always goes above and beyond with a smile.

The Guitar Garage: what do users think?
jonathan rodriguez: This guitar shop is elite!!! Extremely great service, the staff is very informative and knowledgeable on the product as well as the overall world of music, and you’re probably going to get a good laugh because the owner Jack has a great sense of humor which is a bonus. Small business like this are the back bone of America. I suggest everyone in the area go to this place for any type of work you can think of on your guitar and other instruments. The work this guy does is exceptional.
Chris: I purchased a guitar online and brought it to Jack to have it setup. He nailed it. The action is great and he did a couple extra things like oiling the fretboard. Will definitely be back for more services in the future.
T: Bought an electric and acoustic there and love them. Very nice and knowledge. Would absolutely go again
Eugene Castello jr: Love this place . Jack helped my kids learn with amazing teachers from the beat music schools . He has the best prices and donates generously to My charity every year.
Ralph Prolman: Lessons and all for beginners.
Adam Tremblay: I’ve been a customer for nearly 20yr. I can’t say enough positive thing to do justice. Knowledge, experience, repairs, lessons and gear. Always my go to place.
J S: I’m so glad I finally visited this shop! My guitar has never sounded or played better. Jack was communicative and thorough, and his prices were really good. I’ll definitely be back. Thanks again!
michael daly: Jack is just the best. Nice down to earth guy, is fair with prices, and my daughter just had a blast going in today. This is the only place I trust with my guitars.
Mark Brandt: Very helpful. For exactly what I needed. It was just a small thing , but the owner went out of his way to help.
steve murphy: The Best guitar store around Jack the owner is awesome !!My son's both go here to buy supplies, guitars, amps etc. One of my son's took lessons and every time you go in it's like visiting family with jokes and laughterHe has a very good supply of everything you need and the prices are more than fair
Elizabeth Troncoso: Very pleasant place to go for any need for your instrument. The owner is very acknowledged of what he does and offer suggestions for my son.
craig tittmann: Great personalized service . My son was purchasing his first guitar . Please shop the small businesses!!!
Jesse Messmer: Super polite and helpful!
Pamela J Guzman: Very great service the owner is very nice and helpful
Robert Turcotte: Bought a couple guitars here through the years. Very affordable low to mid level guitars. Great service and great prices. Pleasent experiene every time.
Jason Shea: Good facilities aboard
Walky Kery: This is a really nice place. Jack, the owner, is a nice person with me and my daughter. She was taking guirar classes over there and he gave us a good service. If you need something for your musical instruments, this is the place.
John Shankhour: I brought 3 guitars here for repair. One with a pretty minor problem and 2 that needed to be completely rewired and required intense repairs. A few shops I had brought them too told me it wasn't worth it to fix them or quoted me outrageous prices. I brought them into Jack who gave me incredibly reasonable quotes for all the repairs. I dropped them off one at a time and each guitar was repaired beyond my expectation (he cleaned and did more work than I had expected and didn't even charge me extra) and they play amazing. He even gave me a killer deal on a case when I picked up the last one. Seriously an amazing local business that goes above and beyond. I've taken guitars to guitar center for set ups before but Jack's work is way superior and I'll never bring my guitars to another place. Highly recommend!
Joe Schmoe: Been going to Jack since I was a kid. This is the best guitar shop in town hands down and it's all because of Jack.
Cameron Polacke: Jack is highly knowledgeable does great work. Will definitely be coming back. He has my telecaster sounding better than I could have imagined! Highly recommend.
Will Mears: Intonated floyd rose to drop A. Very friendly dude, very fast service, very responsive, and very cheap. Can't say anything bad about this place.

Indie Music: what do users think?
murilo silva: The best.
Lisa leger: The guys are great very helpful.
Michael Cochran: Indie Music, hands down, is one of two music stores in NH I completely trust. They've got fair prices for any work that needs to get done to your guitar/bass. The work they do is exceptional. They've also got a great array of guitars for sale for any level of player. If your choice is here or Guitar Center, skip out on GC and shop Indie.
John F: Nice to have a music store closer than Nashua or Manchester. Lessons for a variety of instruments, repairs also offered and they cover more than just guitars. Small shop with a knowledgeable staff, can't ask for more than that.
Dan Obrien: Always great service , and no problem answering all my questions
Kyle Beatty: Always fair and honest. I highly recommend them!
jack worster: Great new store location. Knowledgeable staff who love music and are willing to go out of there way to make sure customer is informed an happy with all things music, lessons, repairs. Just had 2 guitars worked on in shop. Was impressively fast and very reasonably priced. Jeff an his staff will make sure your %100 satisfied. THANK YOU INDIE MUSIC!!!
Jason Ard: I stopped in to pick up some strings and picks. I recommend Indie every chance I get, the service is outstanding and the selection for a small shop is impressive. Not to mention that if they don't have what you need, they are more than happy to order it.
Tom Woolsey: Absolutely recommend, the folks here are great. They're friendly, helpful, patient, and they do good work.
Matthew LaCroix: Great music store, helpful staff!
David Stock: Jeff and his staff are very knowledgeable and friendly! If they don't have what you need, they can get it!
Bobby Hoyt: I had a broken amp on my hands. So, I took it in to see if they could get it going again, thinking I’d have to leave it there for at least a few days and it would be expensive. Instead, they took it apart right there in the lobby, got it working, and only charged me 20 bucks! While I was waiting, I saw an extremely reasonably price acoustic electric I’ll probably be coming back for as well. Highly recommend these guys!
Nancy Klarman: Very friendly and helpful at new location
Thom Romanello: The best!!!
Richard Healy: Always a great experience. Brian is an amazing vocal coach.
gerald gutierrez: Great music store with knowledgeable staff and all the instruments you can think of!
Kathy Carson: Best place in the area for music equipment, supplies and lessons. Jeff is incredibly helpful as are the rest of the staff and we have found the instruction to be excellent. My son has done guitar, voice, piano, and drum lessons at Indy. We have purchased a couple instruments and assorted music supplies including a mixer. We've never been disappointed. Jeff sells quality new and used equipment at very fair prices. I could not recommend this place highly enough.
Megan Valliere: The staff is very welcoming. The store is set up room by room so it's a bit cramped, but they have a very decent selection of instruments, amps and accessories.
Aaron Todd: I'm so glad this place exists. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I'm always satisfied when I make a purchase here. Plus they are open to haggling.
Tom Wolfendale: The best music store I have ever been to. period. Fairly small store, owned by an incredible guy named Jeff and it just has the local vibe you miss from the larger chain stores. The people that work here know what they are talking about but they don't make you feel like an idiot or that you are being sold to. One of the things that I love about this store is that no matter where you look, and there are lots of nooks and crannies to look in, you'll always find something interesting. They have a great lesson department with numerous teachers and a very varied array of available instrument categories. I've been doing business here for over a year and have enjoyed every minute of it! I hope it stays forever!
Mike Sullivan: Great little shop had what i needed in stock!
