M: I had a good stay here recently. The property is attractive, conveniently located and felt safe. The staff member who checked me in was friendly and professional. My room was well decorated and had nice amenities including shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers in the shower, which was a nice touch. The smart TV allowed for streaming. Noise levels were low during my Sunday night stay. I have two critiques: first, the mattress, though of decent quality, could probably stand replacement. Tom Harris: Absolute horrible night management. It’s 11:30 pm Sunday night. The front lobby has had guests making noise since 8pm. No problem but at some point quiet time has to happen. I’ve been woken up twice. I get up at 4 am for work. I called to the front desk and asked if he could quiet them down. He says he can’t do anything. I did get a little upset and said the “f*ck you cant.” He then hung up on me. In addition it’s 27°f with a 19°f wind chill. The side door key entry doesn’t work so someone is leaving the door open and the cold air is coming in my room under the door. I went to the front desk and the night “manager” as he said he is, threatened to kick me out of the hotel. Mind you the hotel is prepaid and I stay 1-3 weeks at a time. About $2100 per visit. Im so disgusted with the lack of respect for a customer and my needs that I am pulling my other 3 guys reservations ( another $2100 or so) and relocating to another hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE. Night management t is HORRIBLE. The lady and day folks are ok. They were very nice. I believe the night person says it all. I will not be treated this way. It’s unprofessional.Noteworthy details: If they fire the night guy (3/19/23) it will be an improvement.

Dale Waldron: Check in staff went way above her job in helping us. Room and faculty are very clean. Breakfast was great with a large amount of choices and kept restock all the time even with a large amount of people. Best Hotel I have ever used. Bed also had a memory foam top.Rooms: Great bed, clean room, fridge, coffee pot. Clean smellingNearby activities: Large mall with 2 levels and two levels of parking. Lots if shopping placesSafety: Felt safe and secureWalkability: Plant of walking area. Elevator, clean smell.Food & drinks: Food was fantastic. Had the best stack tips, and drinks. Donald White: Used for a high-school robotics competition accomodation over several years. This year however, the reservation we thought we had was not in the system which we feel was their error. Luckily, there were just enough rooms for our 1st night but nothing for 2nd but again, luckily the 2nd day of comp was cancelled for weather. Though "smokeless", until 11pm or so several patrons took turns smoking pot in the stairwell with the exit door barely cracked and slamming the stairwwell door continuously.

Shanna Fratini: AWFUL. Room smelled like cigarette smoke, sink was clogged, staff was RUDE, requested $30 late checkout but was charged $75, was told to checkout TWICE after being accepted for late checkout, shuttle to airport never showed up, and they charged us $50 for leaving the key card in the room without ever being made aware of this policy. I am utterly speechless. DO NOT STAY HERE. GM will not email me back for a refund. My $230 stay ended up being $360 for a disgusting smelling room. I am appalled at the lack of customer service.

Melinda Becker: This was nicest Rodeway Inn I’ve ever stayed in. A great option if you need a place to sleep reasonably close to the airport - it was clean and fairly quiet. If you’re using this for parking, I would think again. It appears that guests box each other in and don’t leave their keys. We ended up deciding to pay for a nearby garage. Did not attempt the shuttle for our early morning flight after reading previous reviews.

janice zavorskas: This was the worst place we have ever stayed at. Dirty and loud. No place to park our vehicle the night we checked in. We were told to park behind another vehicle. The shuttle driver on 4/1/23 at 4:45am was awful! Speeding and swearing her head off. She should not have a job after the way she treated everyone of us that morning.When we returned from our trip we called for a shuttle and was told no shuttle was running to take a cab.Everyone Do Not Stay at this place!
Nancy Dix: So far just frustration dealing with this place, cancelled reservation 2 weeks ago for NEXT month but they already charged my credit card and I cannot get anyone in authority to remove the charge,.The front desk staff keeps passing the buck and so far the mgr is either in meetings or not there. With my insistence, Christopher, front desk said he did not have to converse with me since I was being rude its not professional to treat guests or future guests this way.I WANT IT TAKEN CARE OF!Noteworthy details: They certainly are ruining the Rodeway brand.
Jongpol J.: Good for a very quick stay. This place has free parking. The room we stayed in were ok for a quick sleep. It did had a weird smell. The location is pretty close to the airport about a 5-10min drive. We were also able to drive about 15-20min into Boston to get late night meal. The good thing about this hotel was that it was very cheap.

Pavan: This is our go to place for airport parking at Boston. Conveniently located and have a shuttle that runs on request. The parking lot is not at the hotel. Our car is ready by the time we went back. Friendly staff and budget parking at Boston
Erin: Don’t use the airport parking service. Waited 50 minutes for a shuttle to pick us up from Logan, after we were told it would be 20. There are several better, comparably priced services in the area.

Fredrick Beimler: Do not be fooled by there exterior. This place and staff are lovely 😍. Clean, rooms.If anyone said anything bad about this location, they are wrong. Staff can get overwhelmed in the morning, but you would too, given 30 people that all want to leave at the same time. Put yourself in their shoes.If you leaving at 400am, and the rush is on, do yourself and them a favor, call an Uber, $20 with tip, and your all set. They will get you no worries on the way back.Bit for busy times just Uber from the Hotel.A hidden gem when you're staying here, Kelly's Roast Beef, open until 11 pm! 1.5 miles from the hotel and super, super, easy parking, grab some sandwiches and Fries or Chowder and head back, you will have the best trip EVER (EVVA).Thank you to the Roadway Inn and Staff, you did a great job, with cranky, rude, disrespectful customers. I asked about the heater and lady was going to see if maintenance man was still there but he wasn't she asked if I wanted a different room I said No. Bed was ok.Nearby activities: At least the airport wasn't far from there that is why I chose that one.
Adam Mathews: Don't pay with a credit card. I paid for a night at this hotel with a credit card and over the course of the next few days they charged me 5 separate $15 transactions. I never gave them authorization to put my card on file and did not do anything that would require additional fees.

Alex C: The staff was friendly, and check-in was fast. They accommodated a slightly early arrival as well. Always appreciated.The room was well-appointed and clean, with no major issues, though I would have liked a safe in the room. The hotel was relatively easily accessible, with bus stops being just a short walk away. There is on-site dining, as well as nearby options. I liked the Common Ground coffee shop right down the street.

n. wilder: 5 min from encore! The outside looks a little rough but when u enter u will be pleasantly surprised to find a very nicely updated hotel filled with antique sewing machines and suit cases as decor. Those special touches made the place unique. The room I stayed in wasn't very big but it was all we needed. A bed to sleep in and a bathroom and TV and mini fridge. I will say I thought the room was a little dirty not cleaned thoroughly and the counter top had cup stains making it appear dirty. But those are small in comparison to an affordable hotel that was quite nice. The bed was very cozy. The staff was very nice. I enjoyed my stay here and would stay again!
