They were kind to offer a few vehicles accommodate our family for the needs of our vacation! The vehicle was very comfortable to travel in and very comfortable all around! Susan Perry: Our grandson was diagnosed with a brain tumor. I flew into Massachusetts in order to take care of my granddaughter while my grandson was in Boston receiving care. My daughter and her husband would be with my grandson in Boston. I picked up my car from Worcester. It appeared dirty. They assured me it was OK, as I didn’t have much time to get to my destination I drove the car. By the time I got an hour and a half to our daughters home in Rehobeth, the car was vibrating severely. When I arrived my daughter and her family were shaving my grandson’s hair in preparation for chemo and radiation. After a couple hours I asked my son in law to see why the car was shaking so badly. He drive the car around the block and said the car was not safe to be driven. It was 8 pm when my son in law told me the car should not be driven. As they were leaving to go to Boston at 8, I decided to call budget at 7 am. I called customer service and was told to call roadside assistance. They said it would be a two way tow! Then roadside assistance sent a tow truck to pick up the vehicle but did not bring me a replacement vehicle, even though I had requested one, and been told one would be coming. Every time I called budget I was told that I had pre-paid for this vehicle and could not get a refund. I have tried to work with them several times. They told me to go to a rental location and ask for a replacement car. I explained I could not because I had no way to drive! They still did not help me and refused to refund my money, charging my credit card $450.00for 2 hours of a car! We have always used Budget…never again! They left me stranded at a time I was already in crisis! This is a company without a heart!

The employee said, you have a driving restriction for night time driving.I said, to the employee my son has his permit, & he is driving. He proceeded to deny us the rental, after my son paid online with his credit card.We then paid in total $120.00 in cab fare.I would definitely not recommend "Budget Rental Car" to anyone!!We we remain quiet while we were waiting for the cab to come pick us up, and the employee stated to my son, when you spoke to the girl on the phone you had a contract..... So you knew what you were signing.....And sent this out into the rain with a very rude arrogant behavior! We close 10 minutes ago I wouldn't recommend this place to my dogAnybody that treats customers as he treated my son and myself should be fired immediately this is why rental car services don't keep their employees and don't keep their businesses because a-holes like this run to business and don't know how to treat customers properly.!Very arrogant and attitude don't go here do yourself a favor.NeedThis employee should be fired due to the fact he also sent us out into the rain waiting in the rain for a cab mind you who does that

The lady at the front desk yelled at my wife and said that we needed to have the credit card there. My wife asked if there was any other way to prove or anything but the lady just yelled at her. My wife even called my mother-in-law and the law wouldn't talk to her. The lady was really rude and horrible. And now we are on hold to get a refund. These people suck. Never going to use budget ever again. You shouldn't either.

DS Landscapes: Very fast, convenience service. When I walked in they knew what I was there for and they had everything ready. I was in and out in 5 minutes. When I dropped off the rental the gentleman asked what card I wanted charged and made it happen. Again, in and out in 5 minutes. I will rent from these guys again.

Joshua Mwongera: My company just got defrauded off the down-payment made of 2,500 (longterm truck lease) and 900 (short term rental) by these guys. Don't trust them with the sweet talk at first. I run an Amazon trucking business and we push a lot of volume in a day and failure to do that can result to loosing a truck lane or cancelled contracts overall. I rented and leased from them over the summer to add my capacity. Their trucks kept breaking down and they refused to fix them on time while I had them in the parking lot as agreed. Meanwhile they still wanted to continue charging me weekly. I tried to call and text about the truck being fixed but there was an excuse everytime as to why the mechanic did not fix it. When I returned the trucks they refused with my down-payments (900 + 2500) and tried to forge paperwork. My attorney is looking into it at the moment for illegal practices and falsifying information. Save yourself the trouble and just rent from Ryder or Penske. At least they have some form of decency and dignity.

Maria Soler: Deceiving PracticesI had a car accident and my insurance company provided me with a rental car from Enterprise. However, the cap on the car was $30.00 a day. When the Enterprise location (75 Madison Street, Worcester, MA 01608) brought me the car, they never informed me that the car they were providing me was $35.00 a day and that I would have to cover the difference. Unfortunately, the car repair took longer than expected an I had the rental for 38 days. 1 week after I returned the car , I get a phone call informing me that I owed 391.00 for the difference in price and taxes. This was deceiving and wrong. If Enterprise didn't have a car for the $30.00 price the insurance was paying they should've inform me from the beginning, the same way they offered me an SUV for $20.00 extra a day.

Sarah Deneault: Made a reservation online within over 12 hours in a advance to rent a car. Place called 15 minutes prior to when the reaervation started to confirm they had zero inventory available even though their online site indicated such was available. Poor management for customers. If you do not have inventory available, update your software system to indicate that and allow transparency with customers. Have zero vehicle to use now and would not recommend.

S P: I was completely blown away by the customer service at this Enterprise location. I came in after my rental car somehow got two flat tires on the same side while it was parked overnight. I called the closest Enterprise which was this location. India answered the phone and was so kind and connected me to roadside assistance. Since the tires weren’t completely flat yet I was just barely able to drive the car to this location. India was waiting for me when I arrived and seamlessly set me up with a replacement car. She took a stressful situation and made it way less stressful!I couldn’t get over how well everyone in the office worked together and how they all seemed to prioritize the customer. There is clearly a great team spirit here.

Karen Kallio: AMP Chandler St is great kind caring toward their customers and double checking everything is a huge plus. Penske in general wants to be sure the customer is not just satisfied but happy, pleased with their interaction, service and pricing. They go out of their way for their customers in days when so many companies could care less. I had the best experience with Penske and will NEVER EVER RENT FROM ANOTHER COMPANY... It says alot when you're that pleased with the truck company and the service provided from their agency/pick up location 100% A++ and I am a tuff customer...

Saade Saade: Rented for less then a day , total $111 with 30 miles included if I used less they will credit me after I return truck, I look at my cc on line I see they took $175 !! I called and the guy said well you took it for 24 hours plus 2 hours extra and you drove it for 50 miles !! I said nope I returned same day 9 am return it at 4 PM, and I only drove 22 miles , I have photos and video of the return, the guy changed his tune , they try, and not the first time....

I looked did research on cheaper places with not so many restrictions as other places…low and behold I found Avis on Grove St. Worcester, Ma. and have been going there ever since! The customer service is excellent and Jason is sweet and helpful he’s awesome! But I also want to praise Jen Holihan because yesterday I was having a very difficult day little did she know and every time I go in there she goes out of her way to be above kind & helps me to get my best rate, she is always this way so I love doing business at only this location and opt out of other locations because of the extra perks here at this location. Very rarely do you find someone who stays professional but also selfless like Jen Holihan! She was so helpful and took her time out to acknowledge discounts and all of my extra stuff I ask for! Very accommodating and kind as can be above all! I want to say I’m praising you Miss Jen Holihan because you are helping not only just do your job but being thee difference this world is so in need of! Endless stars for her and her personable friendly kind considerate spirit! I gave thee most stars for her but she deserves so much more! This location is not only cheaper than any other one I’ve researched but they go out of their way to accommodate and make sure you are so satisfied with your rental! I've probably had everyone's help but most recently Jared and Cole helped me with my last rental and it was easy and both were helpful. I will be back in Worcester in the Fall and look forward to renting from them for more weekend getaways

Esther Darfour: I've tried this place twice and both times I was disappointed. I rented a vehicle here in Dec 2022 through insurance after an accident. And after returning the vehicle the manager was trying desperately to pin some old damages that were previously on the car on me! If it wasn't for a male figure coming afterward to help me get out of those faulty charges I don't know what I would've done! Secondly, 3 weeks ago I booked two vehicles for a business trip happening this weekend. The manager (Ja**d) again removed one of my bookings because he "thought" it was a double booking. Keep in mind they were two different vehicles and two different pick up times. Why didn't I receive a call if there was a question about my bookings? And if it was cancelled why wasn't there a followup via email or phone call? This place is HORRIBLE. That manager should be fired! IF I COULD GIVE MY TRUE RATING THE BAR WOULD BE BELOW HELL.

Jon Monge: Scott and his team have the poorest customer service that I have ever experienced in my lifetime. They lack accountability, respect, and integrity and are the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. My insurance carrier recommended that I go through them, and I have regretted every moment and every interaction. First, Scott lied to me when I booked my reservation and said he didn't receive it, and when I showed up at the branch, he showed me his system, and as he was swiping, I saw my confirmation, and he acted like he didn't see it. I called him out on that. The second time was when I was on vacation, and Scott called me and told me that my vehicle was deemed a total loss. I called the Auto Body and my insurance carrier, and they were shocked because my SUV was being repaired, and it wasn't a total loss. Third, when I returned the vehicle two days prior, I was supposed to be issued a refund for the time I didn't use it, and I wasn't given my refund. I had to demand to speak to DM or Regional Manager before escalating this matter further. I dropped my car off this Monday, 7/25, and I am still dealing with this matter. I woke up today to see my credit card double charged. Think twice before going to this location.

Godbless America: 3rd experience with this Enterprise office in Worcester & everything was seamless. Tyler and the rest of the staff are customer first oriented; they helped me out several times when my car was hit; when the transmission dropped out of another car - always your worst nightmare with a car emergency. They went Out of their Way each and every time to get me the best vehicle available, work with the shop/drop off/pick up..whatever needed to happen they made it effortless. Even followed up with a customer service call to be sure I was happy after they picked up the rental! I would give 10 stars if I could. This is how you run a business where people come back & recommend you!

Thomas Scott: Bad customer service. I saw that another customer was in there and they got pulled over and their card had no registration on it. From what I heard the person had got pulled over because there was no registration on the enterprise rental car. So the car got towed away and I believe the people were stuck with their dog on the side of the road for 3 hour. And the lady is very ill and they didn't even offer to give her a free rent a car and if you're being pulled over and almost arrested
Kaitlyn Burke: If I could give this place a 0 I would. They cancelled my reservation, which I had a confirmation for, 15 minutes before it started. My car had broken down and I was stranded with no way to get home, all rideshares were quoting me $400 for a one hour drive, and I have a dog I could not take on public transit. I explained the situation and they were beyond rude, they even refused to check other locations for availability and told me to call if I wanted to lol. Lazy and condescending. I will never rent from this company again.

Mike L: Renters beware. Local branch is set up for customer dissatisfaction. The online reservation system does not have any information pertaining to local branch inventory so will confirm even if there are no vehicles. Even when calling branch, they really cannot guarantee a specific day for rental so if you really need a vehicle would recommend trying another rental car company. Made online reservation for rental two days prior and then day of reservation (Monday) told by branch mgr while ubering to this location that they wouldn’t have a car until “maybe” Thursday and there were at least 5-6 other renters in same situation. Manager said this has been a problem for years. Maybe things improve when inventory increases again.

Caelyn Viteritti: Julon McCoy made things happen out of thin air like amazing energy knows how to make e drying happy was fully listening and helping me and was able to chime in and help another customer at the same time he is paying attention took to the details and everyone who comes in his store .. This is a weird time to get rentals and stressful but his charisma and positive attitude and ability to make things happen and just watching him interact with other people he really cares he’s sincere and great ! I can’t say enough give the guy a raise
Rachel R: This place is very unprofessional & does not care for it's customers!! My parents had a rental for over a month & had to change policys after the first 30 days because that's when the insurance coverage ran out. So they created a new one, extending it every week until they were able to find a new car of their own. Every Friday to be exact. My mom has been in constant contact with this place & was making the payments. When arriving today to drop off the rental, they say we are late & that no one called to extend it. They said we had it set to be returned for Monday, not Friday. Which doesn't make any sense because, as I said, they were in contact every single Friday & making regular payments. Because of this miscommunication, the manager (I believe his name is Joloan) refused to give them their $300 security deposit back. It got to the point where my mother was in tears. All he did was shrug & told us to leave. He just wanted us to leave because it was close to closing time. He didn't want to take the time to look more into this situation & help his customers. Stay away from enterprise because all they'll do is take your money & call you a liar!!!
