Lynn Roy - Lavallee: UPDATE:Took my husband 6 hours to completely go through wiring harness. Multiple clips broken multiple wires frayed and broken. Tie rod end shot. TPMS wheel sensors had to be replaced all before the car actually ran correctly so I could get inspection sticker. These people did absolutely nothing. 6000 ended up costing me another 2 grand.Nice to see they have no cars on this lot anymore and buisness signs are gone.Unorganized. Inexperienced. And not so sure of mechanics if they are backyard or actually certified. Nothing but lies on actual repairs.Fix my car that just cost me $6000. Then my review will change.Will not recommend this or any other one of the car dealership's associated with them. Quote straight from sales kid mouth. They get cars straight from auction. Slap price tag on them before actually knowing what is wrong with vehicle. Then promise to repair. But repairs dont get done. On upside is they now have a manager and new salesman. Gail and Derek. They did try to help negotiate with owner however the owner Miles is a crooked scam artist. And My car still isnt fixed.
Dave Miller: We blew an alternator belt on 290 and had to get off and ended up here. Stranded four hours from home on the way home from vacation with a hugely important appointment the next day we were desperate to get home! Gail and her mechanics put all their power to work getting the parts and installing them and got us back on the road in good time and for a very reasonable cost! Gail went out of her way to make us, including the kids, feel cared for! If we lived close by this would become our full time car repair place! Amazing work!!! Thank you so much and thank God for you!

Jerrica Hassan: I was skeptical about financing a vehicle again due to the disaster of a time I had with the last place of business I chose to go with. I walked in to the Enterprise location on Rt.20 in Worcester and was greeted not only by a room full of smiles but an encore of hellos and welcomes. I had been in a rental from another one of their locations and they had referred me to this one where they do car sales. I read a lot of positive reviews about going through enterprise for financing and of course there is always negative feedback as well but really not much. I go off vibes and I’ve been known to walk out in the middle of a sale respectfully if I don’t vibe with you. I was assisted by Rebecca with the sale but the whole room was involved in the excitement! I walked in with a rental and left with a brand new car! I feel like I was amongst friends yet professionally. I thank them for all the fun and support and I thank Rebecca for changing my life today for this vehicle is replacing my precious car that I got in a bad wreck with and I feel safe and secure and ready to conquer life with the 2nd chance God gave me. Thanks to the team at the Rt.20 location for being part of this journey with me!
Amanda Johnson: This was by far of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. We went in to purchase a Santa Fe and unfortunately when we arrived the car had already been sold. Luckily for us they had just gotten another Santa Fe in their New Hampshire location, not only did they give us multiple options for delivery but they sent their driver on Saturday to pick the car up for us just so we could take it for a test drive before purchase. Since we live out of state they even registered the vehicle and delivered it directly to our home and communicated with us through the whole process. Mike was our sales person, he did a great job explaining everything to us. Eddie and Rebecca were also very friendly and great through this whole process. I would definitely shop here for my next car!!

She exchanged text messages with me, even on her day off, and made easy work of the loan application, RMV processing, and insurance issuance. She also got me a good deal on a rental, for the few days before my 2021 Nissan Rogue would be delivered. She and the entire office made the conclusion of the transaction a festive event by playing a song of my choice, over the office sound system, putting a big bow on the car, and taking a picture of me with it. But it all changed on 2/14/2023 at this location. I didn’t want to go there but Rebecca Powers was persistent and she gave me confidence that I can actually get a car there so I visit them. Rebecca Powers Recognize me as soon as I got there even tho we only spoke on the phone. I been fishing for car for a month and received all kinds of treatment but Rebecca and the whole crew made me feel welcome and at peace. As soon as I set with Rebecca 10 minutes later I got approved for a car that I want. In 1 hour everything was good to go and I had my car ready for me. They play my favorite song when I walked out to drive my car home. If you ask me if is anything that they could do better I will say it is impossible. Oh I almost forgot, Rebecca was able to find me a super awesome insurance with the lowest payment I could ever ask for that surprised me even more. The sales agent, Rebecca Powers, was very helpful with showing my wife and I a number of vehicles, providing complete description of those vehicles that were not on their property, and escorting us to other vehicles on the property that she thought met our interest. We finally decided on a vehicle that was offsite. It was delivered on the following Monday, I tested it out, found it to be in great shape and bought it the same day. Ms. Powers was able to make a reservation at the RI department of motor vehicles that same afternoon and their representative drove the car to RI, registered it and gave me the paperwork. I called Carretela---spoke to a person-- who arranged a car rental for me in a matter of minutes. Upon my return they also provided a ride for me to pick up my car after service. Five stars!!!
November Louville: This place came through clutch for me , new to the area had some car trouble. They have offers for people only with debit. Good deal and reliable vehicle & more importantly good customer service. They have genuine employees & even stayed pass closing hours finalizing me rental. Great experience I am definitely planning on getting a rental every now & than just because how good the experience & fair the deals are.

We started calling around and when we called Carretela the young lady who answered the called was very nice and infomal about their services. I explained to her my situation and she was very helpful to the point, we ended up traveling to Myrtle Beach. From picking up the rental to dropping off the service was very pleasant. Nicole Diodato: Had to call a few times in a row to get an answer, when I did she was very quick to answer my questions provided me a price for my SUV request I told her I needed it for the following day and what time I'd arrive, she said no problem and quickly rushed off the phone. The next day when I came to rent the car I waited about 15 minutes for a man to walk up to me and tell me he wasn't sure if there was any SUVs left, he went behind the desk, came back and said there was one and quoted over a hundred dollars more than the previous day. When I explained I spoke with someone already he said I should have made a reservation and when I advised I was rushed off the phone and never offered one I assumed it wasn't needed. Needless to say, I left there at 5pm on a Friday and went to Budget to be greeted with great customer service, quoted over two hundred dollars less and left in under 5 mins!

akkele brown: Do not book a car here for personal use. They won’t have any. You may get one if it’s thru insurance but don’t waste your time.
Megan D: I wish I'd read the yelp reviews on this location before making a reservation. I had an awful experience attempting to rent a car from here. I flew into town to be with my father, who had fallen ill, as he took his last breaths in a nearby hospital. The next day I needed to rent a car in order to run errands for his funeral and I chose Hertz because of their affiliation with AAA (I've been a member for over a decade). When I arrived, the 2 staff members (one named Melanie, and another arrogant white guy with glasses) insisted that my credit card, which was a real credit card (with $12k in available credit), was a prepaid credit card and refused to run it. I explained multiple time that it was NOT a prepaid or debit card and they continued to gaslight me and insist that it was, and therefore they could not accept it. The only other card I had with me was debit card so I ended up having to leave to rent from another company. When I explained the situation to the other company, which has the same policies as Hertz, they were shocked to hear that the Hertz staff refused to even try to run my card, and were able to identify that my credit card was indeed a credit card and not a prepaid/debit card. The other company even offered me a 10% bereavement discount as a courtesy for what Hertz had put me through. When I called the Hertz mainline later, they said the card should have been fine, and the employees would have known that if they tried to run the card. These two employees were flat out wrong and were just being jerks for no reason, and to a person who they knew was dealing with grief over the loss of a parent. Absolute monsters. I filed a complaint with Hertz corporate and was sent an apology for these two employees' behavior. Despite that, however, I will not be doing business with Hertz in the future.
Danyllo Brito (Goiano): Worst place to go, really bad customer service. I don't recommend wasting your time, go in any enterprise, more expensive but no disappointments.
Aaron Lyon: Great staff, had a good vehicle to keep me on the road. Don't use the EZ pass though as they charge a $20 convenience charge plus the cost of tolls.
Clayton Cooler: Terrible customer service I arrived the morning of my reservation to pick up my rental only to be told by a very rude lady that she had cancelled ALL Online reservations my cab driver had already warned me of her reputation for being a rude person. The company should have at least notified the patrons who reservations she cancelled instead of leaving us all with no rental when we showed up I wish I had gotten her name

Cat Mama: The lady at the front desk at the Park Ave Location is very rude I made a online reservation for my husband after paying a 50.00 cab fare to get to hertz she said she canceled all reservations and stated that online reservations are a hassle for her she was late opening up she was in her car when my husband pulled up at that point she drove off came back with coffee and doughnuts then opened up the store late. I had no email warning or anything she didn't apologize for the inconvenience I guess she is well known for being rude the cab driver told my husband she was a C U Next Tuesday and reading some of the other reviews this same C U Next Tuesday of a lady seems to be a bit#$ all the time why is the company keeping her around!!!! I would love a response please by the owner my husband then went to the airport location and Dimitri helped my husband rent a car with no problem this was today Friday December 30 9:00 a.m I have the reservation confirmation number in a email

She wouldn’t let me use my debit card information to put down as a down payment I don’t understand how that makes any sense. Said it was “policy” sounded like an easy cop out because she didn’t want to deal with the situation. Typing in debit card card information because it wouldn’t scan is the same thing as using the chip. Make it make sense. Same information, same money, same person…but you can’t manually type in my information??

Esther Darfour: I've tried this place twice and both times I was disappointed. I rented a vehicle here in Dec 2022 through insurance after an accident. And after returning the vehicle the manager was trying desperately to pin some old damages that were previously on the car on me! If it wasn't for a male figure coming afterward to help me get out of those faulty charges I don't know what I would've done! Secondly, 3 weeks ago I booked two vehicles for a business trip happening this weekend. The manager (Ja**d) again removed one of my bookings because he "thought" it was a double booking. Keep in mind they were two different vehicles and two different pick up times. Why didn't I receive a call if there was a question about my bookings? And if it was cancelled why wasn't there a followup via email or phone call? This place is HORRIBLE. That manager should be fired! IF I COULD GIVE MY TRUE RATING THE BAR WOULD BE BELOW HELL.

Jon Monge: Scott and his team have the poorest customer service that I have ever experienced in my lifetime. They lack accountability, respect, and integrity and are the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. My insurance carrier recommended that I go through them, and I have regretted every moment and every interaction. First, Scott lied to me when I booked my reservation and said he didn't receive it, and when I showed up at the branch, he showed me his system, and as he was swiping, I saw my confirmation, and he acted like he didn't see it. I called him out on that. The second time was when I was on vacation, and Scott called me and told me that my vehicle was deemed a total loss. I called the Auto Body and my insurance carrier, and they were shocked because my SUV was being repaired, and it wasn't a total loss. Third, when I returned the vehicle two days prior, I was supposed to be issued a refund for the time I didn't use it, and I wasn't given my refund. I had to demand to speak to DM or Regional Manager before escalating this matter further. I dropped my car off this Monday, 7/25, and I am still dealing with this matter. I woke up today to see my credit card double charged. Think twice before going to this location.

I was told by my insurance company to drop off the car at the car body place and pick up the car (Friday before 5). So i called the place to let them know that was dropping the car off. Someone called James answered the call. I couldn’t imagine anyone with worst customer service skills. Tells me that it’s Friday and since no one is going to fix my car over the weekend he cant give me a car and hung up on me. Mind you, my insurance company is willing to pay for the weekend. Now, even though i have a reservation have to wait until Monday. So i called asking if they can check with other enterprise locations and i can pick the car from there. Without even checking, his answer was ‘NO’ they dont have any cars.Worst customer service! I have been a enterprise customer since 2014.
Myrtha Quinones: -I’ve always used Enterprise this time around I was disappointed with the actual price charged; it was not what I expected.-I missed a event due to after smoke/ emergency maintenance lights came the rented vehicle; I call 24hr line which directed me to go in the morning not solving my issues.-The following morning i was switched into a smaller vehicle. There was no reduction in price for the change of vehicle or for the car issues that prevent me attending the event.-I called and there is nothing to be adjusted. 🙁 I will be searching for a another car rent for future needs.Thanks.

Susan Perry: Our grandson was diagnosed with a brain tumor. I flew into Massachusetts in order to take care of my granddaughter while my grandson was in Boston receiving care. My daughter and her husband would be with my grandson in Boston. I picked up my car from Worcester. It appeared dirty. They assured me it was OK, as I didn’t have much time to get to my destination I drove the car. By the time I got an hour and a half to our daughters home in Rehobeth, the car was vibrating severely. When I arrived my daughter and her family were shaving my grandson’s hair in preparation for chemo and radiation. After a couple hours I asked my son in law to see why the car was shaking so badly. He drive the car around the block and said the car was not safe to be driven. It was 8 pm when my son in law told me the car should not be driven. As they were leaving to go to Boston at 8, I decided to call budget at 7 am. I called customer service and was told to call roadside assistance. They said it would be a two way tow! Then roadside assistance sent a tow truck to pick up the vehicle but did not bring me a replacement vehicle, even though I had requested one, and been told one would be coming. Every time I called budget I was told that I had pre-paid for this vehicle and could not get a refund. I have tried to work with them several times. They told me to go to a rental location and ask for a replacement car. I explained I could not because I had no way to drive! They still did not help me and refused to refund my money, charging my credit card $450.00for 2 hours of a car! We have always used Budget…never again! They left me stranded at a time I was already in crisis! This is a company without a heart!

The employee said, you have a driving restriction for night time driving.I said, to the employee my son has his permit, & he is driving. He proceeded to deny us the rental, after my son paid online with his credit card.We then paid in total $120.00 in cab fare.I would definitely not recommend "Budget Rental Car" to anyone!!We we remain quiet while we were waiting for the cab to come pick us up, and the employee stated to my son, when you spoke to the girl on the phone you had a contract..... So you knew what you were signing.....And sent this out into the rain with a very rude arrogant behavior! We close 10 minutes ago I wouldn't recommend this place to my dogAnybody that treats customers as he treated my son and myself should be fired immediately this is why rental car services don't keep their employees and don't keep their businesses because a-holes like this run to business and don't know how to treat customers properly.!Very arrogant and attitude don't go here do yourself a favor.NeedThis employee should be fired due to the fact he also sent us out into the rain waiting in the rain for a cab mind you who does that
Jeffrey Aragon: We had to get a rental car because our car broke down and so my wife can get to work. My mother-in-law paid for the rental (she lives in Florida). The lady at the front desk yelled at my wife and said that we needed to have the credit card there. My wife asked if there was any other way to prove or anything but the lady just yelled at her. My wife even called my mother-in-law and the law wouldn't talk to her. The lady was really rude and horrible. And now we are on hold to get a refund. These people suck. Never going to use budget ever again. You shouldn't either.

DS Landscapes: Very fast, convenience service. When I walked in they knew what I was there for and they had everything ready. I was in and out in 5 minutes. When I dropped off the rental the gentleman asked what card I wanted charged and made it happen. Again, in and out in 5 minutes. I will rent from these guys again.

Maria Soler: Deceiving PracticesI had a car accident and my insurance company provided me with a rental car from Enterprise. However, the cap on the car was $30.00 a day. When the Enterprise location (75 Madison Street, Worcester, MA 01608) brought me the car, they never informed me that the car they were providing me was $35.00 a day and that I would have to cover the difference. Unfortunately, the car repair took longer than expected an I had the rental for 38 days. 1 week after I returned the car , I get a phone call informing me that I owed 391.00 for the difference in price and taxes. This was deceiving and wrong. If Enterprise didn't have a car for the $30.00 price the insurance was paying they should've inform me from the beginning, the same way they offered me an SUV for $20.00 extra a day.

Sarah Deneault: Made a reservation online within over 12 hours in a advance to rent a car. Place called 15 minutes prior to when the reaervation started to confirm they had zero inventory available even though their online site indicated such was available. Poor management for customers. If you do not have inventory available, update your software system to indicate that and allow transparency with customers. Have zero vehicle to use now and would not recommend.

S P: I was completely blown away by the customer service at this Enterprise location. I came in after my rental car somehow got two flat tires on the same side while it was parked overnight. I called the closest Enterprise which was this location. India answered the phone and was so kind and connected me to roadside assistance. Since the tires weren’t completely flat yet I was just barely able to drive the car to this location. India was waiting for me when I arrived and seamlessly set me up with a replacement car. She took a stressful situation and made it way less stressful!I couldn’t get over how well everyone in the office worked together and how they all seemed to prioritize the customer. There is clearly a great team spirit here.

Michael Medas: Honest, and truthful people. They were amazing, so friendly and you could tell they really did care about us not the sale. We went there with having no success at other dealerships, and they got us approved and in a car beyond what we were expecting, in only 2 days. Our sales person Rebecca knew just from talking to us exactly what kind of vehicle we wanted and surprised us at their location with it. The sales manager Robbie went way beyond for us when I was having banking issues, and stuck with us until it was resolved. The car was registered and insured on the spot. We drove home in it that same day and we could not be happier with everything!

Within minutes I was test driving a car that was perfect for me! Rebecca then took over for the rest of the process and she was amazing. She made what was usually a stressful experience into a pleasant one as she answered every question I had in a quick and professional manner (and she even got me a brand new windshield when I mentioned there were some scratches). Sara Millott: Devante was very accommodating to my needs. Quick to find a replacement car after Enterprise headquarters booked me for Park Ave- but then had nothing on the lot. Devante and Deion ran the whole rental department- nothing but hustle hustle hustle from these guys. They were both HUGE on customer service- not just with me but EVERYONE that walked through that door was greeted with a genuine smile- at 4:45pm!!!! 15 minutes before closing and they were nothing but accommodating. Deion did the walk through with my car and even helped me install by car seat, and held my 8 month old to keep him from screaming. Just all around A+++ team- and kind.
M S: As I walked in the door, I felt as if it was my birthday. Excellent customer service from everyone. However, my family and I could not ask for a better Sales person. Damien listened and understood that safety and having a reliable vehicle is my top priority. Shannon Lewandowski: The details of my experience at this specific location has honestly got to be one of the best ones I’ve had yet ! It started when I received a phone call from REBECCA during the time I was renting a car from enterprise on a insurance claim. I knew from the very first phone call with her I would definitely be doing some business with her. After a few persuasive phone calls I made my way to see her in person, she answered all the questions I had, she recommended some very nice top dollar vehicles and if she didn’t have it she would have found it for me. This place even gave me TOP DOLLAR for my trade in and EVEN LOWERED MY CAR INSURANCE PREMIUM upon entering this location I had felt like I was home from start to finish. It’s not a lie that they do just have youu sign and drive. With that being said I wanna give a HUGEEEE SHOUT OUT TO REBECCA & DREW for all of this as well as the rest of the folks over at enterprise of worcester , without you guys I don’t think I would have been more comfortable or confident in buying a car. You guys made this painless as possible for me and for that I’m forever thankful for you guys 3 Thank you for EVERYTHING down to the red carpet treatment along with the GUNS AND ROSES ♥️ I will be sure to visit soon.
James L.: During my phone conversation with Enterprise, I was very specific that I wanted an SUV and I waiting an extra day to pick up the vehicle to ensure that I got an SUV rental. I was promised that they would have an SUV for me but when I showed up on time as promised, they did not have an SUV and then acted like it wasn't their fault they didn't keep their promise. I guess they don't care they wasted my time, gas and effort in this process. At the very least they should have contacted me to let me know they didn't have an SUV and saved my time and gas but I guess that was too much effort for them. Do yourself a favor and find another rental company that cares or go to this one with very low expectations.
Jaelen Arnum: My overall experience with enterprise was amazing! The whole staff was very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. Getting a car here is something I would recommend to anyone 10/10.I personally had the most help from Ravie, totally amazing guy. Helped me get a 2020 Altima and worked out the best numbers for me. I also had some help from Eddie. He also is a very amazing guy, both hard workers. Everything went very smooth, while Ravie was helping me with something, Eddie would be working on something else. Took there time really explaining my options, while getting me finalized in a respect time frame.They put on a song for me when I finalized my purchase. Which then turned into a dance party! If you were to come here I would say any of the workers there WILL help you. All very nice, generous, people. Once again I would recommend Enterprise 10/10 times to anyone. THANK YOU GUYS FOR THE HELP!
