Their work for is so inefficient that each prescription pick up takes 30-40 minutes at least, many times without success.. Very incompetent staff and branch, would recommend avoiding this pharmacy if possible!

I prefer accuracy, & cleanliness in my drug store, they have it in spades. I just read through the comments. O M G, what belly laughs 😂, Hilarious, if you read between the lines, you will see, a lot of sad individuals, with weird unique complaints, that I'm sure they keep bumping into everywhere they go in life. Lmfao, So sad, buddy, no, life isn't fair. If you've been given life's short end of the stick, 24/7, then I bet you keep hitting that brick wall, & glass ceiling, imposed by nature, for the survival of the fittest. Apparently, stop by 24/7, & you may see a few unfortunate, individuals, complaining to themselves, & bumping into the outside brick building, rather then use the door. Sad, but life isn't fair. Some have shorter sticks then others.
Rut Padilla: So today I called the pharmacy for a question I had regarding one of my kids antibiotics. Upon reaching the pharmacy staff I was prompted to give my child name. I told her to please wait since I had to kids on antibiotics. I had to repeat this twice since she kept repeating herself. Then I could hear her say oh you don’t know her name with the rudest voice ever. Wish I knew her name but when they answer the phone they don’t tell you there name. All I know she was a female. No customer skills at all, no compassion with customers that are sick and very unprofessional. Nevertheless to say I was transfer to the pharmacist and she took care of my question.

Enter information and even though it shows one refill available, it transferredme to a staff. On hold for 8 minutes, listening to strange noise. Hung up, called again twice, same story, but the call was terminated immediately and not transferred. What a bad service.

Told two days in a row that a prescription "would be in tomorrow", before finally being told it was on back order and would be unavailable indefinitely. In addition, external building is dirty with lots of litter. Panhandling outside the entrance is also common.

Jatnna Medina: Need a store for a quick grab. The store was nice and neat and the employees were very nice. Patty rang us in and she was a delight. Walgreens isn’t your cheapest option though for a quick 1-2 items grab but it is conveniently placed.

It’s nice to enter a store and hear how the employees actually enjoy working, by telling each other jokes and singing to the music the store plays. I frequently visit this Walgreens and I must say, I am impressed every time I enter the store and see how well maintained it is kept. This staff and store deserves to be recognized. Nate Hopkins: This Walgreens is a poor excuse for a pharmacy. They avoid filling any prescriptions until you show up in-person, and then they tell you to come back hours later after you’ve personally told them to do their job. Even then, it’s questionable whether the prescription gets filled. Employees working here are extremely lazy. They actively avoid filling prescriptions by looking for reasons not to do so. I’ve been disappointed on multiple occasions here, so you’re better off going to CVS.

Jessica Ferguson: When I called this location about a refill request submitted by my insurance the woman on the end claimed I didnt exist in the system (even though I have used Walgreens for years now). After pushing her to continue searching, she finally found me and stated they would take care of it.Shortly after that I received a message stating my prescription was ready for pick up. I got to the pharmacy a couple hours after that and they claimed I was at the wrong location even tho my Walgreens app said it was ready for pick up at this specific location. There was a lack of professionalism and willingness to help. The location was dirty and unkempt. Will not returning to this location

Doug Clark: At first was a little disappointed because we thought they had Tylenol cold for kids because the app had said it was available but after Ahmed and his co worker had explained there was a shortage i understood, however one of the employees went out of his way to assist us in finding other alternatives and then when we got to the register Ahmed super nice and offered my girlfriend and I a coupon for free red box movie excellent experience will definitely be returning!!!!

Automated has always been correct @ other Walgreens. Asked if customers should ignore automated, and wait for a call to avoid wasted visits. Pharmacy tech that responded to drive through, just kept saying "ok" to questions. A district manager needs to be contacted about this location. Rude people @ pharmacy and order pick up area.

I would rather be dragged face first over glass than have to fill my prescriptions there but unfortunately it is very close to my house and somehow seems to always have medication in stock. I wonder if this is some type of vertical integration - make someone so miserable and anxious that they then have to be on anti-anxiety drugs or SSRIs just to deal with the sheer stupidity and ineptitude of these people. I have to live with my decision to continue to keep going to this location. A cool slogan would be "If you're sick - we're here to make you feel bad about it." See y'all in a month for my refills.

jeff wilburn: Slow everytime I go to p/u perscription its a 20 min wait. Today there was one pharmacist who was on the phone arguing with someone about insurance. When I finally got to counter kaylynn was as ignorant as they come cause she was working drive through and was told to go to counter. I'm a 51 year old man. Father of 2 raised by Italian grandparents. I respect everyone. But I have never felt so mistreated in my life. She actually turned red and said well were working on it. They clearly need help and need to treat customers with respect. I highly suggest going elsewhere, trust me. Unless you have all day..
Tracy Hanson: The pharmacist at this location is such a rude man!! There was a woman in front of me in line and he made her cry... he was judging her and she was in tears! She said he does this to her every single month! And now I too have witnessed it! I felt so bad for this woman! This man should not even have a lisence nevermind a job working with medications!!! Antoila80: Only went in to Walgreens to pick up a FedEx package. I found out my package was opened, and someone had rifled through the items. The associate quickly pointed out that the box was delivered in that condition, and asked if any items were missing. It seemed like a “smelt it/dealt it” situation. Nothing was missing, just my items were thrown into the box, and most of the items didn’t even have the plastic bag that the vendors always place them in before shipping. It seems they didn’t find anything worth keeping.It’s just stuff, and it’s disgusting that FedEx has partnered with a company that hires dishonorable employees. Most delivery drivers see so many boxes every day, and don’t really care what’s in a box unless it’s labeled “Lots of Money” or “Diamonds”.FedEx can find a better partner at the pharmacy right across the road from this one (starts with a C, ends with an S, and they’re Very good in between) - the associates there are often friendly and care about doing their job. No wonder this Walgreens location lacks customers - it’s their karma for being awful & unethical.

Angela Carrier: I will never step foot in this location EVER again....I used to always get my prescriptions from this pharmacy til ONE TIME I was picking up a script, like I normally do, and I waited patiently in line for about 10 minutes for it looked as if they were short staff. When it was my turn, I moved up to the counter and the female employee (name is anonymous for privacy), who was already running back and forth from the drive-thru window to the front counter and it was extremely apparent that she was all stressed out. She immediately seemed very agitated that she had to help me and she knew my name so she turned around quickly and shuffled through the medication bins to get the one script I needed. When she turned back towards me she instantly asked me to verify my address and if I had any questions for the pharmacist. I told her my address and politely said "no I do not have any questions". Then she proceeded and told me the copay amount and since I haven't worked for over a year I have been unable to make ANY of the copays, I asked nicely if she could waive it. EXACTLY at that very moment when I requested the copay waived, this employee took my script, which was in her right hand and threw it down on the counter, along with huffing and puffing that came directly out of her mouth. As soon as she picked up the script she quickly walked away and I could see clear as day, her rolling her eyes and then when she walked closer to the pharmacist I could also CLEARLY see her head moving side to side as if this was such an inconvenience to her to have to do this extra step, which was to obtain permission from the pharmacist to waive the copay. As soon as she came back I told her, nicely and calmly, that how she handled that was very rude and that I didn't appreciate it. She immediately became defensive and with an irritated, angry tone, she looked at me and said, "well Angela, I needed to get the ok from the pharmacist, I didn't say anything rude to you did I?I then told her, "no you didn't SAY anything but your body language said it all and I really don't appreciate it"I am disabled with a serious mental disorder and am diagnosed with major depression/anxiety and this incident made me extremely upset and cried til I got home. She made me feel horrible for the unfortunate fact that I am unable to pay for my medications. I ended up putting a complaint in the survey and the area manager for that pharmacy called me and I explained everything. I will NEVER get ANY of my meds there ever again nor do I feel even slightly comfortable walking in that Walgreens location.

Brian Patrick: I'm so disappointed with the service l received today at this store. The way l was treated was atrocious and it isn't the first time. I actually moved from another Walgreens with the hopes that l'd have a better experience but instead, it was even worse. I had a prescription due today which they refused to fill, stating that it was picked up on 6/4 so it was still too early. I politely asked her to make sure she was looking at the correct dosage as l take 20 and 30mg tabs. I also know for certain that I picked up my prescription on 5/27 because l had called the previous day 5/26 to request an early fill, as l was leaving for vacation in the AM with my wife and kiids in NH and l wouldn't return until 6/2.I picked up my prescription for Adderall 20mg. just before we left that day, 5/27 slightly before noon. Therefore my next script was due 4 weeks later which is today's date. However, the employee insisted that it wasn't filled then...that it was just filled on 6/4. I clarified that l had the bottle in front of me which is dated 5/26. I recognized that it was easy to mix the two up due to different dosages(20mg, 30mg). However, she was snide and dismissive, maintaining that she was unable to do anything. That she couldn't fill prior to some random date the following week. She was the second consecutive employee to be rude and disrespectful throughout our call. So now l don't even feel comfortable going back there and l have to go without my medication until (and IF) this gets sorted out. I will be changing my family to a different pharmacy without question. You should be ashamed of yourselves!

Most of the staff / employees were useless , seemed like they couldn't care less to help the customers. I have on - line photo pick- up , I'd ordered on- line w/ the Facebook Promo coupon 11×14 Satin Poster - board , they rolled in up in a ball , & put it in a see through Walgreen's baggie, that's " NOT" how it should have been done, it should have been put in a large enlovople to protect it , and to keep it from wrinkled. In addition, I'd noticed that out of the 3 photos on the 11x14 poster 1 of the pictures were clearer than another. Another picture was burry , most be there machine. Also, they chopped a piece of the name off on one photo, which is no biggie, but its 100% percent worth the piece.

Firstly, the head pharmacist refuses to waive any prescription fees for MassHealth recipients, and will keep a tab if you happen to have a prescription that is a controlled substance. That is if she doesnt try to ILLEGALLY withold your prescriptions for nonpayment. The male pharmacist will always put you on hold for at least 5 minutes and he will laugh at you if you tell him you cannot hold. On top of that, he is incompetent and difficult to communicate with (or pretends to be, not sure which). Do not go here, they will dehumanize you for being poor.
