Joseph Booth: Check-in and check-out was quick and easy. The room was clean and comfortable. The views from the balcony was beautiful. Great location. I had zero complaints.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great view, Quiet …More
Cecilia S: Rooms we pretty nice, nothing nasty and clean. Wall paper was peeling off but it's old!! Had a great view. Bathroom #7th floor had moldRooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Doc Randolph: There is a $25 Destination Fee at this property that was not disclosed until bill was closing out. Noisey street if facing the “historic view”Rooms: Clean - spacious - good room service menu

Dvitag123 Taggers: Been staying for the last 11 yrs WILL NEVER RETURN. Room was dirty , service was awful. Anything that is painted was chipping
Mike Stugard: Breakfast wasnt horrible but happy we didn't have dinner... Room was not dusted in a bit, luke warm shower, elevator out like stated in a 12/2022 review, balcony was nice, TV mostly worked and the room fridge looked like it had been on a construction site... Elizabeth T: The hotel rooms need a serious upgrade:- I found 2 ants on my bed when I arrived (see video)- the ceiling paint is peeling- the vanity is way too small. No room for more than 2 toothbrushes and 1 very small makeup bag. No room for more- the bathtub is too wide and too high. Risk of falling- the tub floor is stained with accumulated filth- the 80's is screaming to get their beige toilet back! It's completely out of style.- the shower head is worn and some jets are projecting water all over- the room floors are still covered with old carpet. Updated hotels use combination of wood and tile- the view was awful- some windows clearly needed to be replaced- the hotel is quite ordinary. My traveling partner was stunned when I mentioned this hotel was rated 4-stars. He thought it was a 3-star hotel. The lobby is the prettiest thing in the hotel. It only goes down from there. The elevators are quite fast. We never waited long at all.Great service from staff. The neighborhood is incredibly noisy. Be ready to hear music and beats until 2-3 am.Nearby activities: The hotel is Centrally located. So there's tons to do and easy accessSafety: Very safe neighborhoodWalkability: Walkable to everywhere
Rohit Chimata: Amazing area of Boston to be in if you care at all about being central to things that are happening. Hotel is clean, rooms are very nice and the balcony views here you won’t get anywhere else. Not to mention front desk service was impeccable. All of my needs/questions handled with care and speed. Definitely my hotel of choice in Boston going forward.Rooms: Balcony views are impeccable. Rooms are standard as you’d find but very well thought out. Large bathrooms!Nearby activities: Boston market, Quincy market, Faneuil hall, aquarium and so so much moreSafety: Very safe hotel in a very safe part of Boston. The north end is known for being tourist central and this is exactly that.Walkability: You’re in the northend. Shops, good food, department store - all extremely close by walk. No Uber needed
Ashley Weithers: This is a great Hotel to stay. The front desk staff is very helpful. Room service is amazing. I will definitely come back. Loved the history of Boston and this hotel is close to everything you need to see. All museums, statues and visiting sites (historical) are with in walking distance. I’m super glad I picked here. See you soon Bostonian !Rooms: BalconyWalkability: Everything is within 1-10 minute walk. No need to drive and use car constantlyFood & drinks: AmazingThe restaurant has wonderful food
Thorsten Ruppert: Tolle Lage in Boston, schönes Zimmer.
José Ibarra: I recommend against doing business with this hotel. I tried to book a reservation and I received an error/declined message and no confirmation of booking. I made other plans, only to have them charge me $700 for a missed booking today. When I contacted them, Lina from Reservations was extremely hostile. She refused to do anything. This has caused me a big headache and I hope you can avoid the same.
Chloe Lee: I was using the bathroom some kid peeks under and starts saying "ewwwww you smell!" i didn't get into argument so i just told why. IT WAS THE TACO BELL! IM TELLING YOU IT IS THE BEEF TACO WITH TOMATO SAUCE. DON'T RECOMMEND!!!Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More

Alexis Yohros: As a guest who recently stayed at the Bostonian Hotel, I must say that my experience was subpar, to say the least. The first issue we encountered was that the rooms had a very unpleasant, musty smell that was quite off-putting. Additionally, we found that the air conditioning unit in our room was not functioning correctly. When the unit did finally turn on, it was incredibly loud and disturbed our sleep.Another problem we encountered was with the size of the beds in our room. The beds were extremely small and could not comfortably accommodate two people, making for a very uncomfortable night's sleep. The walls of the room were also very thin and did very little to block out the sounds coming from the neighboring rooms. We were able to hear people having intercourse and using the bathroom, which was incredibly concerning and made for a very uncomfortable stay. The shower in the room was yet another source of frustration. It took an incredibly long time for the water to heat up, and once it did, there was not much pressure at all. Additionally, we found it unacceptable that the hotel charged extra for any amenities. The most disappointing aspect of our stay at the Bostonian was the lack of assistance provided by the front desk. We requested a different room but were refused and were not offered any type of refund when we decided to leave and stay at a different hotel. The lack of attention paid to our needs left us feeling undervalued and made for a very frustrating experience. In summary, while the location of the Bostonian Hotel was convenient, our stay was dampened by numerous unpleasant factors. The musty odor, loud air conditioning, uncomfortable beds, lack of privacy, poor shower condition, and lack of amenities, coupled with the subpar customer service, made our stay at the Bostonian not worth the price. I cannot recommend this hotel and would suggest finding alternative accommodation options in the area.

HI Boston Hostel: what do users think?
Luke Franco: great place, clean friendly and central, get more than what you pay for!Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Avery Miller: I’ve stayed here twice now, both with friends, and this is my go-to spot. Cheapest option in Boston and in the funnest location possible with everything just a couple steps away. Floor 2 is a great hangout spot with a pool table, study nooks, and a kitchen with cereal and bagels + a larger dining room area with an amazing view of the blocks in front of the hostel. Friendliest staff EVER. They are super accommodating and worked with me and my friends changing flight schedules over the phone and e-mail. The staff love to chat and converse about where you’re from and your plans. Bathrooms are always extremely clean it feels like showering at home. The crowd for this hostel is mostly college age and sometimes older. All the hostelers have great etiquette as well. The friends I took here for the first time absolutely loved it and I 100% recommend choosing this place for a group over a hotel! It’s the best place to stay if you want to focus on the city and just have a place to rest at night. Will always recommend this spot over any other hotel.Cons:Walls are thin and you can hear conversations in other rooms thru the walls and vents but it’s fine with ear buds.Rooms: Great dorm style rooms. Extremely clean and organized. Convenient locker spaces and extra storage + an outlet at the head of your bed. The separations between bunks makes for great privacy from other hostelers, it didn’t even feel like I was sleeping with 2 strangers across the room.Nearby activities: There’s 4 clubs right less than a 4 minute walk away if you’re into nightlife. It’s right next to Chinatown so there’s a million cheap food options and it’s 2 blocks away from the Boston Commons + the T so it’s super easy to explore and get a feel for the city. Very accessible !!Walkability: Extremely walkable. The only thing separating you from the city is the front door. Everything is seconds away.
Jonathon Addington: Fantastic service, great rooms and fantastic value!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Bart Bial: SuperRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Felix Riether: VERY good location close to subways and train station. Room (had a private room) are spacious. As you would expect from a hostel there’s no room service or housekeeping during the stay. Pretty clean as well. Minus one star for still being pricey but adequate compared to a full service hotel.
Can AYAZ: We came for Boston Marathon and normally we did enjoyed everything. however i lost my heart rate monitor in kitchen when I realized is gone I checked in kitchen it wasn’t there so I did inform reception, if they should look camera record they might actually find it but they didn’t… I buyed new one 100 USD, After we checked out in hostel we have a Amazon delivery. so we came for our cargo for take it. There is old guy with white hair he is behaving did to us too rude, he didn’t listen to us, we were hurry we need to catch our flight we just try to explain but he never listen to us…
Jennifer Scott: I stayed here for Boston Marathon weekend and had a fantastic experience. I was in a 6 bed dorm with 5 other women (3 from out of the country, 2 from the States) who all happened to be running the marathon too. Everyone was very respectful of one another and all the guests in general seemed to do well with adhering to the quiet hours. I also felt very safe. The dorm room itself was clean and organized. The lockers within the room were very large and had plenty of space to store a suitcase, purse, large backpack, with extra room to spare. I really liked the fact there were individual bathrooms and large a dining area where guests could store and cook food. Location was amazing and a half mile or less to the Common. One mile to the convention center for the expo and other marathon events. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. Highly recommend staying here.
Cindy Herrera: This is a long overdue review but I am so grateful to the staff at this hostel! I left my AirPods on my bed and they sent them back to me via UPS. It was also a great experience in general.A nice, affordable option to visit Boston.
Kelli Dougal: Location is awesome--very close to T station. The facility itself was pretty nice as well. I'm taking off a couple stars for 2 reasons, though. 1) Unhelpful, unfriendly staff. The staff came off as very cold and unfriendly every time I interacted with them. This is not only the front desk staff but also the kitchen breakfast staff. When I checked in, they were unenthusiastic to help me and the few times I brought questions to the front desk staff they also appeared uninterested in providing helpful responses. 2) Issues with storing belongings in lockers. On the day I checked out, I asked about luggage storage for a few hours before my flight. They told me there were self-serve lockers in the back for $3. I paid for a locker, locked it, took my receipt and left. When I came back later I was surprised to find that my locker was wide open! Luckily, I had not left behind anything of much value, but I was still pretty shocked and unimpressed. If I'm going to pay for a locker I would hope it would at least stay locked. So, although the facilities and location were fine, overall I was less than impressed.
Art Blackburn: It's just OK. The lighting is dim and the hallways are kind of eerie. Most rooms are quads, for 6 or 8. Rooms are very "hard" looking with little fabric to soften the look. I find the guests to be on the snotty side when they really have no reason to be. Management/check in is cold and stand offish. Breakfasts are mostly carbs. It's an OK but nothing exciting. In an expensive city like Boston, you get what you pay for.
Josiah Devine Johnson: Great lobby area and solid kitchen and community space.Walkability: Near enough to the red-line which is an easy route to Harvard.Location: 3/5Hotel highlights Romantic, Quiet …More
Nat Smith: Best hostel I’ve ever stayed in!

YOTEL Boston: what do users think?
Candace Worth: The staff is very helpful and the rooms were nice.
Houman Dehesh: Tiniest rooms, out of Blade Runner gone wrong, worst worst sound proofing ever. Rooms so small the bed retracts electrically into the wall
Ankita Thomas: A tiny bit well equipped room, friendly and helpful staff, a beautiful view and a great neighborhood!Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great view, Quiet, Great value, High-tech …More
Felipe Vellozo: Great value for money. Location and cleanliness are the highlights. The neighborhood has lots of places to eat and drink. Great outdoors to walk around and just beside T station. The room is very small (sliding full size bed) and the only point I consider a flaw is no privacy at all to use the toilette (a glass door only).
William Mitrus: Very clean with a great roof top bar and one downstairs as well. Location was prime!Room was clean with funky led lighting and a bunk bed style configuration. The mattress was way to soft for me. Wound up sleeping on floor.Rooms: 2/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great view …More
Grant Liu: Swanky
SADIQ AL-HAJJI: Nothing negative to highlight about my stay during Boston Marathon weekend. The prices were very high but so every hotel at that weekend.RoomAs mentioned in previous reviews, the rooms are very small but that didn’t bother me.LocationPerfect location close to local restaurants and walkable to downtown Boston.NoiseI stayed to a room with street view and it was noisy during late night until early morning during the weekend.BreakfastThe breakfast was good and you order from the menu.Rooftop BarDowntown Boston skyline view from the roof is amazing
Luca Bartolini: Interesting concept, with good value for the money. The tiny room is well organized but could use a couple of tweaks: the smart TV should be made airplay ready or should have native apps installed for streaming; the mini fridge is really a minuscule fridge and should be upgraded to a bigger model (which could still easily fit in the room); the folding chair should be upgraded and have a cushion; the ambiance lighting should have a bright light option. The gym is small and can fit only 1 bench and a few cardio machines. Overall feels more like a 3 star hotel but the location is good and staff is friendly. Recommended for solo travelers or a young couple.
Olivia Begasse de Dhaem: Room is small but it works. We had a room with a bunked bed for our child. The colorful lighting in the room is fun. $ 55 valet parking/day which you can call in advance for your car to be there. Very friendly staff. They helped us store some of our toddler’s milk in the kitchen and let us borrow a mini fridge that can keep 2 milk bottles in our room. Traders joe and cvs are right by the hotel too. Clean. Quiet. Wonderful location!! Walking distance to great restaurants, museums, playgrounds, harbor walk. The window in the room opened.
Aaron Proulx: Great location. Small room but fine. Modern style.Walkability: Close to a lot of entertainmentRooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights High-tech …More
Jack Reynolds: This is a hotel designed by people that have never stayed in a hotel before. Stayed in a regular Queen room. The air conditioning is extremely loud, and sits 24 inches away from your head. It is touching the bed, and I could feel the vibrations. No door to the bathroom, just a curtain. Lighting is all on or all off in the bathroom, no in between. Window does not fully seal, so all the outside noise from the busy street pours right in. No towel racks near the shower. In fact, no cabinets, drawers, or countertop space at all. Not even enough space on the side of the bed for a water bottle. Wifi was decent, but with no desk or chair of any kind, it’s hard to work. Bunk beds in a hotel don’t feel luxurious, it just lets you hit your head a lot. The bed folded up, and was thin and hard, reminded me of a hospital bed. Folding it up is the only way to easily walk around the room. No fridge, no microwave. The staff was good, location is great, but I’d definitely look elsewhere if you want a more comfortable experience.
Sierra Lemieux: We booked this hotel last minute and everything was fantastic. Great customer service, very clean rooms, valet parking was great. Location was so close to everything.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet, Kid-friendly, Great value …More
Chatina Arce: This place was the worst, from the start they made us wait an hr. Upon arrival to check in when we booked it an hr. In advance online. She was being rude and very difficult. Will never return!Service: 1/5 …More
James Nesbit: The shower had very low pressure and never actually got very warm. It was Luke warm at best. The shower also leaked water all over the bathroom floor, which take sup about half the room. Good location though, easy checking in and out, right next to the sliver line, the harbor and downtown. You can walk from yotel to downtown in fifteen minutes.Rooms: It’s small.Walkability: Very walkable!
Barry Grau: This is a concept hotel, and the concept didn't work for me.I guess the Yo in Yotel is for Tokyo and the concept is that this is like a Tokyo company-man's sleeping room near work. The room was about the size of a walk-in closet; not even big enough to accommodate a bed and space to move around. The bed had a motor and rolled up into the wall. Even so there was no space to stow luggage and no desk or table at which to work. The only seating besides the rollaway bed was a small folding chair, but without any usable surface space, the chair was next to useless. I used it to put on and tie my shoes because it was lower than the bed, but I couldn't see any other use for it.In the past when I've had a small or unacceptable room I could always say, "That's ok, I'm just going to be there to sleep anyway." Hotel Yotel proves that that isn't always true. Give Hotel Yotel a pass.Rooms: Room was the size of a walk-in closetNearby activities: Close to everything on the seaportWalkability: Close to everything on the seaportNoteworthy details: High-tech, tiny, failed concept hotel
pjs: Good hotel for the price. Close to the convention center and food. Bed feels smaller than expected and not a fan of the showers. Took forever to get hot water as well.
JPh.
Alyssa Quartarone: Such a cute place!!! The rooms are perfect for couples! I stayed here with my boyfriend because we saw the Bruins game on a Saturday night and it’s about a 18 min walk from the TD Garden, not bad at all! The rooms were very new and updated I was impressed from how modern it looked. Bed was comfy and the room had ambiance lighting that you could change the colors! Would totally recommend especially if you are looking for something romantic as a couple!

Always appreciated. The room was well-appointed and clean, with no major issues, though I would have liked a safe in the room. The hotel was relatively easily accessible, with bus stops being just a short walk away. There is on-site dining, as well as nearby options. I liked the Common Ground coffee shop right down the street.

Thanos K.: Woken up at 4 AM by a truck loading I do know what during half an hour. Waited for a poor sandwich for half an hour. Avoid if you can. Too expensive too.
n. wilder: 5 min from encore! The outside looks a little rough but when u enter u will be pleasantly surprised to find a very nicely updated hotel filled with antique sewing machines and suit cases as decor. Those special touches made the place unique. The room I stayed in wasn't very big but it was all we needed. A bed to sleep in and a bathroom and TV and mini fridge. I will say I thought the room was a little dirty not cleaned thoroughly and the counter top had cup stains making it appear dirty. But those are small in comparison to an affordable hotel that was quite nice. The bed was very cozy. The staff was very nice. I enjoyed my stay here and would stay again!
Amandy Martin: Our stay at the enVision Hotel Boston-Everett, Ascend Hotel Collection, Boston MA📍😍We stayed In the King room non-smoking and Refrigerator in-roomThis hotel property also offers Breakfast and Free ParkingPros: Friendly Staff I would definitely like to show my appreciation to Andy and Kristen. They both gave detailed info about the location also recommended us great areas to explore. I also love the scramble wall decor’, me and one of the guest was definitely secretly in a battle😊Location: is also in a convenient area within walking distance to nearby food and convenient stores.Room: #438 Was very clean, bed and ottoman extremely soft. Completely comfortable quiet with a decent view. Shower was amazing, with great water pressure.Cons: Even with one elevator working the sounds coming from it became very irritating. Not for sure if it’s a work in process, but the dialtone from the phone the beep in, will make you feel like you are in question. Wasn’t aware if we had to request housekeeping so our room wasn’t cleaned accordingly, but the night before our leave, one of the housekeepers did a awesome job that made up for it. 😊So my spouse and I would like to give this hotel 4 and 1/2 ⭐️
Caroline Ward: One of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. Our room was right next to the lobby and the back door entrance, so we heard everything all night. The bathroom floor was sticky and clearly hadn’t been mopped. The smoking section outside was immediately below the air vent to our AC/heat and we had to ask the gentleman smoking pot outside to move since he was accidentally hot boxing our room. On arrival back late at night there was no parking - none. We asked where to go and the worker instructed us to park next door at pep boys - and informed us in no uncertain terms if we were towed, they were not liable, with some attitude to boot. Shower floor had some strange hair / fibers and the sink fixtures were loose. Will never be back and would never recommend this location to anyone. Stay away.

Robin Andrew: Great value in expensive Boston. Close to 2 T lines, #86 bus direct to Harvard. Loved the staff and food. Plus The Tavern at the End of the World is a marvelous pub, just around the corner!Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
Thomas Fleming: A great place to stay. From check in to check out it was great. We arrived at 9am to drop our bags off, extremely tired from travel, expecting to spend the day walking around before our room was available. They got us a room within 5 mins. Very friendly front desk & restaurant staff. The room was very spacious and had a king bed. Water was hot, air conditioning and heat was great. Actually slept for about 12hrs. Exactly what was needed before we started our vacation. Thank you for the great stay. An airport shuttle would be convenient but only $25 cab ride, it’s not much of an inconvenience.
Amanda Arndt: We stayed here during marathon weekend. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The children loved the pool and sports deck. An overall good experience.
fiona ryan: After arriving at the hotel after a long flight from Ireland we arrived (My teenage soon and myself)at the hotel to be told that they had cancelled our room- we were due to stay for 6 nights. They said they would refund us our stay. This was absolutely no good to us as it would be almost impossible yo find a hotel on a Saturday evening in Boston. We were shocked and upset and asked why no-one had contacted us to let us know. The staff at the desk said they had no contact details for us. I had rang the hotel a month earlier to confirm the booking so they had my details. They were very unhelpful and did not offer any reasonable excuse except saying the hotel had been flooded. They told us to contact super travel who we had booked with. I asked them to find us an alternative place to stay- they eventually rang another holiday inn who had no availability. I was upset and extremely tired at this stage. After I insisted that we needed somewhere to stay for the night miraculously a cancellation turned up. It was a very upsetting start to our long awaiited holiday. I would be nervous booking with this hotel again as as I would be afraid the same thing would happen again.
Ali Etemadi: Great hotel and location. The staff is always great and the hotel is very modern! Really enjoyed the pool facility!
Coral Friesner: Some friends stayed at this hotel while visiting, clean and spacious rooms!
Sean Barrett: Hotel was nice and the pool and basketball were a great addition. Aliyah at the bar was excellent and provided us such a good evening! She made our stay!
Bryce Hahn: I am currently staying at the hotel and I call down to the front desk and whoever was working on 4/10/23 at 7:54pm was incredibly rude. I asked a simple question about the selection at the bar and I could barley get my question across. She gave me so much attitude for asking a simple question. I’ve never had such a BAD experience staying at a hotel. From the front desk being incredibly rude to not being able to go to the pool 2 days in a row because apparently hiring a lifeguard proves to be impossible for this hotel. We’ve been waiting to use the pool 2 days in a row and we waited for hours. I am absolutely floored with the poor service and I will NOT be staying here ever again. I DO NOT recommend it.
Jensey Lachapel: I would not recommend staying here if you plan on using any facilities. It’s been 2 days now that we haven’t been able to use the pool because of the lifeguard. Every time we have tried to come down to the pool the front desk says someone’s on their way and we are still waiting. I normally never give any place a bad review but 2 days in a row that we can’t use the pool- come on Holiday Inn let’s step it up.
Robert Nemitz: No working laundry or DIRECTV. Front desk wanted to blame the weather when it was clear. No real hustle to fix any of these issuesRooms: Basic rooms
James G: Stayed here for a weekend and the service was excellent. There is even a shuttle bus in to the city which is convenient.Only issue we had was 1 of the 2 elevators were broken so there was often a long wait to get to our floor.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Kid-friendly, Great value …More
Giancarlo Greco: The worst managed hotel I have ever been. I spent 12 nights in the hotel and, notwithstanding my requests, the room was taken care only 4 times, vacum cleaned the carpet only once, and never wiped off the dust from the furniture, telephone and appliances. I had to request toiletries and towels at night when I walked in the room and noticed that no one had took care. External glass walls too thin make rooms noisy. Poor brekfast and expensive.
Jeremiah Lugo: Poor managmentRooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 3/5 …More
Sarah Goodell: We were not told there was a "maintenance issue" until we went to check in and were told they no longer had a room for us! No call, no notice of any kind. Ended up having to get our money refunded and quickly find a new hotel. Extremely frustrating.Service: 1/5 …More
Staci Miller: Rooms: Rooms were dirty and there was stuff on the sheets. We checked in and left 10 minutes later. Save your money and go somewhere else!

Hampton Inn & Suites Boston Crosstown Center: what do users think?
Fransisca Laurentinus: since i drive and didn’t stay out till late at night, i don’t really see homeless people that the other said on their review. it is close with hospital and the sirens sound can be a little bit annoying. the room itself was clean and decent. the breakfast was okay.
Rick O'Malley: Good place to stay while on a quick stop to Boston. Clean rooms, smooth check in.Walkability: Easy access to Mass Ave, SOWA, and the South End.
Juliana Molina Gómez: Terrible experience when I arrived and when I left because of the guy at the front desk called Jerry, he was extremely rude with me and my parents who are very old. He rejected to help us and to speak in our language even though he speaks it. Other than that, we had a nice stay and we liked the hotel. After, I left I found out that the hotel made additional charges that were not on include my reservation.
Pearse Hillock: Good priced hotel with excellent morning breakfast buffet. Rooms are spacious too. Location is just undesirable especially with the constant ambulance sirens from the nearby hospital.Rooms: Spacious and clean.Food & drinks: Great breakfast buffet.
Megan Zalenas: I have been coming to Boston for 20+ years. With COVID, everything got turned upside down. Patient-Family housing became non-existent. Finding a rental was impossible. Things have improved a touch, but it is a major issue.I decided to reach out to the Hampton Crosstown Center and see what their availability was. The manager Thea was absolutely amazing. Very kind and accommodating. She happily confirmed my reservation and wished us safe travels.Upon landing, I ordered my Uber to the hotel. Multiple people did warn us to be more alert around the area. There is a large homeless population down the street. The hotel does a great job to keep guests safe.Keycard entry. Armed security 24/7. I’d suggest having things delivered. And you will want to be waiting for it. Otherwise, your delivery may vanish. The hotel does all they can, so not their fault. The staff is incredibly accommodating. Security is just as accommodating. They helped me multiple times loading a wheelchair and bringing the occasional delivery up to my room. The staff here TRULY cares.I say this as a Diamond member who’s traveled and stayed in the finest hotels. The service here has many of them beat. The staff CARES.The rooms are clean and cozy. I had the dual-queen room. It had a nice HDTV, Mini-Fridge, & Plenty of Workspace to setup a small office! WiFi is quick and dependable. The rooms are fresh, crisp, and clean. The housekeeping ladies do an amazing job. The hallways are clean and fresh, no lingering odors. No issues with tobacco or MJ smoke/odor. They run a very orderly hotel. They even have windows that partially open, which we loved. It was great getting fresh air and a breeze in the room.Breakfast is always stocked, hot, and fresh. It’s always very busy - the earlier you head down the better. They always keep it stocked and are incredibly helpful. In the fall, they even had a “Pumpkin Spice” waffle batter.During my stay, I found out I’d have to stay a few months as I could not safely fly. Management was amazing and happily accommodated us. I’m incredibly grateful for their flexibility. They do offer a shuttle to the major hospitals, be sure to contact the desk to get on the schedule. The hotel is run like a well-oiled machine, yet it still makes you feel at home. The fall candle in the lobby and the decor truly makes you feel welcome. The infused water and cookies in the evening is my favorite.Management and staff here TRULY care. I will be staying here again this year and I can’t wait to return!Safety wise, they have it well under control. Boston Police also keep a constant presence in the area. The only downside is you do hear the sirens and such. However, you get used to it quickly.I stayed here a total of 5-months solid last year and have no complaints. I am excited to return and would recommend this hotel to anyone here for medical needs or for those going to a game at Fenway!Rooms: Rooms are fresh, clean, crisp, open, airy. You don’t feel claustrophobic. Beds are comfortable and linens are clean and crisp. Housekeeping does a great job.Rooms have a mini fridge, HD TV, plenty of workspace. Be aware the TV does have the old style movie system so you CAN NOT stream anything to the TV.Rooms have screened windows that partially open.Safety: Do not walk outside of the hotel. Large homeless group outside. Lots of sirens and gun shots audible. However, the hotel has 24/7 armed security and key access to enter and use an elevator.I always felt safe staying here for 5+ months. I’d suggest delivery.Walkability: I’d avoid walking around outside of the hotel. The homeless population is everywhere around the area. It’s not a safe area to walk. The hotel itself is plenty safe and well secured.Food & drinks: Doña Habana Cuban Restaurant is attached to the hotel. You don’t even have to go outside.Noteworthy details: Fresh Cookies and Infused Water in the evening.
Teresa Watford: Didn't care for the location but the staff were very kindRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 2/5 …More
Scott Gibson: Very nice staff and room but overflow parking in the very back is a hike in the dirt and the breakfast has much to be desired. You can skip that.
Leyki Reynoso: The hotel is neglected. A little dirty. The horrible bathroom. Terrible carpets. They charge you $25 for parking. It is expensive for what they offerRooms: 1/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Bill Blast: Proximity to hospital resulted in ambulance an police sirens going all night. Not possible to sleep.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 3/5 …More
Alec Thunder: Street outside is extremely loud and therefore the rooms are not quite either. But rooms are nice and staff very friendly. Location is quite good, too.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Dawn Calabrese: The staff at this hotel was amazing. Incredibly helpful and kind. We will be coming back to Boston and staying at this hotel. The hotel is located in Roxbury which has a large homeless population but we never felt unsafe. I was traveling with my two teenage daughters in a strange city which can be stressful. However because of the kindness of the staff at this hotel we never felt like strangers. It was one our best experiences at a hotel.
Dylan Sidd: Nearby activities: there are absolutely nothing to do aroundWalkability: I may not consider late night walk aroundFood & drinks: there’s only one Cuban restaurant in the corner of the building
Christine Simmons: The staff are always friendly and professional. The hotel is clean and inviting. The security staff are always friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. We appreciate their presence and kindness. We thank them for their service, as it is a tough job today.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Tom Young: Stayed for one night for weekend at Boston. Very impressed high value for reasonable rate with friendly service, large room, good breakfast.Rooms: Room was large and had everything you need.Nearby activities: Went for a run to the water and saw large number of homeless. Felt safe but definitely an area with a lot of struggling people.Food & drinks: Breakfast is very well run and of reasonable quality
